Enfournez la pièce à rôtir : posez la partie avant de
la broche dans l'encoche avant du support et
enfoncez la pointe de la broche dans l'orifice situé
au fond du four.
Lancez la cuisson en sélectionnant la fonction
correspondante sur le bandeau de commande.
NB
Lorsque vous faites rôtir de grosses pièces (poulet
par exemple), veillez à ce qu'elles soient bien
centrées sur la broche pour que la rotation soit
régulière.
Lors de la cuisson au gril, retirez le manche de la
broche avant de l'enfourner.
Lors d'une cuisson au tournebroche, il convient de
laisser la porte du four entrouverte. Pour éviter que la
chaleur n'endommage les boutons du bandeau de
commande, veillez à installer la protection des boutons
de la manière suivante (voir les illustrations ci-dessus):
Ouvrez la porte du four.
Insérez la protection en l'enchâssant dans les
fixations prévues à cet effet, sous le bandeau de
commande.
Refermez la porte de façon à ce qu'elle soit placée
devant la protection.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Avant d'entreprendre le nettoyage de l'appareil ou
toute autre opération de maintenance, réglez les
manettes et le sélecteur de température sur ʺ0ʺ puis
laissez refroidir complètement la cuisinière. Lors du
nettoyage ou de l'entretien, gardez toujours à l'esprit le
principe suivant :
Toutes les manettes et tous les boutons doivent être
sur la position ʺ0ʺ.
L'interrupteur électrique principal situé en façade de
l'appareil doit être sur la position ʺ0ʺ.

NOTICE:
When grilling large roasts (e.g. chicken) make sure
that the food fixed on the roasting spit is well
balanced, so that the spit rotates with ease.
When grilling with the oven door opened, always
use the protection sheet to shield the control panel,
otherwise the control knobs might get damaged.
For grilling with food, remove the spit handle before
inserting it in to the oven
When grilling with the roasting spit, you should leave
the oven door partially opened. In order to prevent the
heat from damaging the control panel buttons, please
install the protection sheet as follows (see figures
above):
Open the oven door.
Insert the protection sheet in the fixing points
located in the upper part of the oven cavity.
Close the door so that it faces the protection sheet.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF
THE COOKER
Before attempting any cleaning or maintenance set all
control knobs and temperature selectors to "0" position
and let the cooker cool down completely.
During cleaning or maintenance, always keep in mind
that:
All knobs must be set to ʺ0ʺ position.
The main circuit – breaker located in front of the
appliance must be in ʺ0ʺ position.

Stecken Sie den Bratspieß mit dem Fleischstück in
den Spießträger (den Vorderteil in die Führung und
den hinteren Teil in die Öffnung an der Backofen-

Schalten Sie den motorbetriebenen Bratspieß mit
dem Schalter auf dem Bedienfeld ein.
HINWEIS
Wenn Sie auf dem Bratspieß ein größeres
Fleischstück grillen (z.B. ein Brathähnchen), sorgen
Sie dafür, daß das Fleischstück so aufgespießt ist,
daß es sich im Gleichgewicht befindet und das
Drehen des Bratspießes nicht behindert.
Montieren Sie während des Grillvorgangs das
beigelegte Schutzblech für die Bedienungsknebel.
Schließen Sie die Backofentür nach dem Anbringen
des Schutzblechs und zwar so, daß sie das
Schutzblech berührt.
Lassen Sie die Backofentür während des Grillvorgangs
offen. Um die Beschädigung der Bedienungsknebel zu
verhindern, installieren Sie das Schutzblech (sieh das
Bild oben):
Öfnen Sie die Backofentür.
Stecken Sie das Schutzblech in die Ansatzstücke
auf den oberen Rand der Backofenkammer ein.
Lassen Sie die Backofentür leicht geöffnet.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE DES
GERÄTS
Stellen Sie vor dem Reinigen des Herdes alle
Bedienungsknöpfe auf die Ausgangsposition ("AUS")
und warten Sie ab, bis der Herd vollkommen abgekühlt
ist.
Befolgen Sie bitte folgende Hinweise:
Stellen Sie alle Knebel auf die Position AUS.
Stellen Sie die Sicherung, die für Ihren Herd
zuständig ist, auf die Position AUS.
Warten Sie, bis der Herd vollkommen abgekühlt ist.
