6.11 Sleep mode

To measure your movements when you are asleep, switch the device to sleep mode
before you go to sleep. For this, press the button for 3 seconds in the sleep mode
display. is briefly shown on the display. After one second, the activity
sensor automatically enters sleep mode. When you wake up in the morning, press
the button for approx. 3 seconds to switch off sleep mode on the activity sensor.
