The ISM-Module TruSystem ANY (FB) is installed in the
TAM-ISI interface assembly, and is connected using an
integrated connector.

Function

The ISM-Module TruSystem ANY in a remote control or
interface assembly has a search function. After the ISM-
Module is installed in a remote control or the interface
assembly, or if the external device is taken into a
different room, the radio module searches for active
operating tables in the room. The active operating
tables that are found provide the ISM-Module in the
external device with information for a direct connection.
The ISM-Module of the external device connect to the
operating table on its own using the information
provided. Staff confirm the correct connection.
Just as the ISM-Module TruSystem ANY (FB) can
connect to an operating table on its own, it can
disconnect in the same way. The connection between
the operating table and the external device can be
terminated actively or passively.

Actively terminating the connection
There are two ways to actively terminate an existing
wireless connection:
– Select a different operating table with the external
device.
– Switch off the operating table or external device.
Passively terminating the connection
Move the operating table or external device out of
communications range.
