AutoUltima Pro – Troubleshooting
Symptoms
No power switch, does not illuminate when
in on position
Machine does not respond after pressing

Faint lines across the document
Cloudy lamination

Possible cause
Power cord is not plugged
into live power outlet
Circuit breaker has tripped
Cover is open

Corrective action
Plug into live outlet
Reset circuit breaker at
rear of machine
Close cover
Insert paper
Latch idler bar levers
Fully insert document
into exit tray
Turn on power
Load new film
Allow time to warm up
Select correct film setting
Verify correct film setting
Media is not suitable
for thermal lamination
Manually feed single
sheets
Fully insert paper to
feeder
Adjust feeder side guides
to paper size
Fan paper and replace
in feeder
Close EZ Load Levers
