6. In the case of third-party interventions not expressly ordered by AE, even if these are
performed by a franchised plumber, the warranty shall become null and void. AE shall
not accept repair and replacement part costs from third parties.
7. The provision of warranty services does not renew or prolong the warranty period. In
either case, the warranty ends 24 months after the delivery of the goods. An applian-
ce that is designed for the household but is used commercially has a warranty of 6
months. The warranty begins with the acceptance of the appliances.
8. Transport damages shall only be verified and possibly recognized if they are reported
to AE not later than the working day following the day of delivery.
9. Claims going beyond the warranty, in particular claims for damages and consequenti-
al damages, are excluded to the extent to which this is lawfully permitted. The condi-
tions of sale and delivery of AE shall remain applicable in their entirety to the extent to
which they are not altered by these terms of warranty.
10. Services performed outside the scope of these terms of warranty shall be charged. If
repair is performed at your home, the costs for the journey time and for the vehicle
shall be invoiced to you after the end of the first year of the warranty period.
11. Warranty services rendered by AE require that the claimant has fully paid the invoice
for the purchase of the appliance and that the claimant has fulfilled his obligations to
the vendor in full.
12. Claims going beyond or claims different from those mentioned above for the warranty
are excluded.
AE shall not be liable for business interruptions, loss of profit or loss of data and
information.
