Cleaning and Storage
1. Remove the brush and the protective guard (2) from the device (see the "Assembly"
chapter).
2. Carefully tap out the brush and the protective guard and remove any coarse dirt with
a soft cleaning brush. Then clean it with warm water and a little mild detergent.
3. Wipe down the main unit (1) and the guide wheel (9) with a damp cloth. If necessary,
use a little mild detergent to remove more intense soiling. In particular, give the
ventilation slots a thorough clean.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that no liquids get into the main unit during cleaning!
4. Once all parts are completely dry, reassemble the device.
5. Store the device in a dry, clean, frost-free place that is protected from direct sunlight
and cannot be accessed by children or animals.
Maintenance
Check the device, in particular the mains cable, and all accessories for damage
regularly. Do not use the device if the device, the mains cable, the mains plug or the
accessories are damaged. Damaged parts must be replaced by the manufacturer,
customer service department or a specialist workshop in order to avoid any hazards.
Do not use any worn brushes. Worn brushes must be replaced.
