Schließen Sie den CombiHaler
/ CombiHaler
®
Solo
zwischen dem Inspirationsschlauch und

dem Y-Stück des Beatmungsschlauchsystems
an. Beachten Sie dabei die Richtung des auf dem
CombiHaler
/ CombiHaler Solo
angebrachten
®
®
Pfeils.
Die Patrone des Dosieraerosols wird in die mit
„MDI" gekennzeichnete Öffnung eingesetzt. Für
eine ordnungsgemäße Benutzung des Dosierae-
rosols folgen Sie den Anweisungen des Herstel-
lers.
: Der Mesh-Vernebler wird in die mit
combihaler
®
„Neb" gekennzeichnete Öffnung eingesetzt. Für eine
ordnungsgemäße Benutzung des Mesh-Verneb-
lers folgen Sie den Anweisungen des Herstellers.

Verwendung eines Dosieraerosols mit dem
combihaler
/ combihaler solo
®
®
• Schütteln Sie die Patrone des Dosieraerosols
entsprechend den Anweisungen des Herstellers.
• Öffnen Sie die Verschlusskappe der mit „MDI"
gekennzeichneten Öffnung und setzen Sie die
Patrone ein.
• Betätigen Sie das Dosieraerosol zu Beginn des
Beatmungszyklus.
• Durch die Inspiration über das Beatmungs-
gerät wird dem Patienten das Arzneimittel ver-
abreicht. Entfernen Sie die Patrone des Dosier-
aerosols aus der Öffnung und verschließen Sie
diese mit der Verschlusskappe.
• Wiederholen Sie Schritt 3 unter Abschnitt II
entsprechend der benötigten Sprühstöße.

Verwendung eines vibrierenden Mesh-
Verneblers mit dem combihaler
®
• Setzen Sie den Vernebler in die mit „Neb" ge-
kennzeichnete Öffnung ein.
• Geben Sie die Arzneimittellösung in die Füll-
kammer des Verneblers.

Mesh-Verneblers folgen sie den anweisung-
gen des herstellers.

Der combihaler
kann gleichzeitig mit einem

Dosieraerosol und einem vibrierenden Mesh-

The MDI canister attaches to the port annotated
MDI. For proper operation of the MDI, refer to the
manufacturer indications.
: The end of the nebulizer screen

operation of the mesh nebulizer, refer to the ma-
nufacturer indications.

• Shake the MDI canister according to the manu-
facturer's instructions.
• Open the sealing cap of the MDI port and insert
the canister, valve stem facing down.
• Actuate the MDI at the beginning of the respi-
ratory cycle.
• Let the inspiration from the ventilator adminis-
ter the drug dose to the patient. Remove the
canister of the MDI and replace the cap orifice
in place.
• Repeat step 3 under this section II according
to the number of doses needed.

using a vibrating mesh nebulizer with
combihaler
®
• Insert the nebulizer into the Neb port.
• Place the drug solution in the reservoir of the
nebulizer.
