Guarantee
We guarantee the Merten Distance 5010
Radio Remote Control for 12 months from
the date of purchase of the item by the
end-user.
In the case of complaints which are based
on a material defect arising within the gua-
rantee period, the factory will replace the
item free of charge provided the damaged
item is sent to us along with proof of pur-
chase and a description of the fault.
The liability for defects does not relate to
damage caused during transportation or
damage resulting from a failure to follow
the operating instructions.
If your Merten Distance 5010 Radio
Remote Control should have a defect, plea-
se send it directly to Merten with the gua-
rantee and a description of the fault.
