The units (controller and power supply unit) corre -
spond to all required directives of the EU and are
therefore marked with
WARNING The plug-in power supply unit is sup-

(230 V~). Never make any modifica tion
on the power supply unit, otherwise you
will risk an electric shock!
Please observe the following items in any case:
G
The units are suitable for indoor use only. Protect
them against dripping water and splash water, high
air humidity, and heat (admissible ambient tempera-

G
Do not operate the controller and immediately dis-
connect the power supply unit from the socket
1. in case of visible damage to one of the units,

3 Applications
The STROBE-4C is a user-friendly miniature controller
which allows simultaneous operation of four stro bo -
scopes with analog control (e. g. STROBE-75*) and
four 2-channel DMX stroboscopes (e. g. STROBE-
1500DX*). The controller offers two operating modes:
a music mode in which the flashing of the strobo -
scopes is controlled by an internal microphone and an
automatic mode in which 10 different chase pro -
grammes (flash patterns) are adjustable. Two controls
are used to modify the flash rate and the flash intensity
(flash intensity available with DMX control only). In
addition, the functions "Blackout", "Full On", and
"Single Flash" may be activated.
