8 Troubleshooting
NOTICE
Damage to device due to improper handling
» Maintenance work must be carried out only by qualified and authorised personnel. The user is
liable for any damage caused due to improper maintenance or care.
The device contains statically sensitive components and must not be maintained by the user. Do not
continue to use the device if fails or if its protective devices have been impaired. In such instances,
send the device for repair by a suitable qualified and experienced person. In the event of a fault,
proceed as follows:
1. Check the battery charge status.
2. Restart the device.
3. If the fault occurs again after the device has been restarted, contact your BAUR representative
(http://www.baur.eu/baur-worldwide/).

Transportation

When sending a device for repair to BAUR GmbH, a BAUR representative or the technical After Sales
Service team, please note the following:
» Ensure that the ambient conditions specified in the technical data of the product are complied with
during transportation.
» Protect the device against intense vibrations and humidity.

10 Storage

» Ensure that the ambient conditions specified in the technical data of the product are complied
with.
» Protect the device and its components from humidity.
If the device is not used for longer than 60 days, we recommend removing the batteries and storing
them separately.
