If the deviations of single values of a cell exceed fifteen percent or
the cells deviate from each other by more than ten percent, the
cell with the highest internal impedance may be defective (at very
large deviations/differences) or may soon be broken (at small
deviations/differences) (internal impedance grows at every use).
In case of larger deviations, regularly check the battery and
replace it in case of deterioration.
The measured values indicated only serve orientation or
monitoring of batteries. Measuring accuracy also highly
depends on contact quality of the balancer plugs.
Displayed measured values are not comparable to the
measured values of expensive professional measuring
devices. However, if different batteries are measured with the
multi-monitor, comparability and thus differentiation between
"good" and "bad" is possible.
To save energy, the display lighting is switched off automatically
after a few seconds during measurement. Press the function
button (figure 1, item 3) to reactivate lighting.
The measurement displayed is interrupted automatically after
disconnection of the battery. After approx. 30 seconds, the display
switches off completely (no display contents visible anymore)
unless any further measurements are performed). The multi-
monitor is then back in standby operation. Press the function
button (figure 1, item 3) to reactivate the device.
