3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• If a LiPo battery's balancer connection is connected to the
multi-monitor, it displays the voltages in volt and the charge
state of up to 8 LiPo cells graphically.
• The multi-monitor can also measure the internal impedance of a
battery cell. Three different measurements are performed and
displayed for this.
• The multi-monitor can display data transmitted by the charger,
such as charging current, voltage, charging time, etc. in
connection with chargers with a serial interface. The data on
voltage or current progress are displayed graphically as a
"charging curve" as well.
• The integrated LiPo battery works for up to ten operated hours
and can be charged comfortably at a computer's USB connec-
tion via the included charging cable.
• A protective switch monitors the measurements. If measure-
ments are interrupted for more than one minute, the multi-
monitor automatically switches to stand-by to prevent unneces-
sary discharge of the integrated battery.
• The display has backlighting. To prevent unnecessary dis-
charge of the integrated battery, the display lighting is automati-
cally switched off after a few seconds. The lighting can be
activated again by pressing the function switch (figure 1, item
3).
The multi-monitor has a connection for a temperature sensor.
However, this connection is not connected in the delivered
device and thus not available.
