After battery connection, the number of cells is displayed (figure 3,
item 1) and the lower display line (figure 3, item 2) indicates the
current cell voltage for each battery cell in volt. Additionally, the
battery voltage is used to calculate the battery's charge state,
which is displayed graphically (figure 3, item 3).
In this measuring mode, no values are displayed for the two
measured values from figure 3, item 4.
To save energy, the display lighting is switched off automati-
cally after a few seconds during measurement. Press the
function button (figure 1, item 3) to reactivate lighting.
The measurement displayed is interrupted after disconnection of
the battery or automatically after approx. 30 seconds. The display
switches back to the initial display "Voltage". After another approx.
30 seconds, the display switches off completely (no display
contents visible anymore) unless any further measurements are
performed).
Press the function button (figure 1, item 3) to reactivate the
device.
