Repairs at the unit
4. Remove the paint section (4).
5. Remove the insert (5) and the diaphragm (6).
6. The diaphragm can only be replaced once. Al-
ways replace the diaphragm.
7. Clean and dry the diaphragm, insert as well as
mounting surfaces at the pressure insert (7) and
at the paint section (4) before mounting.
Mounting is carried out in the reverse order.
Correct tightening of the cylinder head
screws (3) is decisive for the functiona-
lity of the unit!
Attention
8. Tighten the cylinder head screws (3) crosswise.
9. Tighten the cylinder head screws crosswise by
means of a 30 Nm torque spanner.
10. Repeat several times until they can no longer be
tightened.
11. Tighten the cylinder head screws crosswise by
means of a 40 Nm torque spanner.
12. Repeat several times until they can no longer be
tightened.
13. Tighten the cylinder head screws crosswise by
means of a 50 Nm torque spanner.
14. Repeat several times until they can no longer be
tightened.
15. The tightening torque can sink by a max. of
15 Nm after some time without the function being
influenced.
