We thank you for buying the new JBL Cristal Profi Internal Filter and congratulate you on your choice of this innova-
tive filter. Highly efficient filtering and the simplest possible operation are key factors in the design of this filter
Safety advice
Only for use with aquariums and only to be used indoors.
If a multi-socket extension is used, it should be positioned above the filter power connection.
In the case of these appliances, magnetic fields can cause damage or disturbances in electrical equipment.
This also applies to cardiac pacemakers. Please consult the manual of the medical appliance in question
for recommended safe distances.
There is a danger of fingers being squashed by magnetic force when maintenance work is carried out.
DISPOSAL: Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately
for special treatment is necessary.
Caution: Basic safety precautions should be observed to protect against injuries and electric shock. These include
the following:
1. All safety advice should be read before operation and complied with.
2. Caution: As these internal filters are in contact with water, particular care must be taken to avoid electric shocks.
Should one of the following situations arise, the appliance must be repaired by an authorised specialist or disposed
of. Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself:
