Mounting the smoke alarm

Following careful selection of the installation location, the ceiling bracket

has to be mounted first.
You can mount the smoke alarm to the ceiling via
• screw fastening with one central screw and plug or
• screw fastening with two screws and plugs, e.g. for installation using a
standard installation box.
5.2.1 Screw fastening with one central screw
• Use a pen to mark the central bore hole position of the ceiling bracket
to the ceiling.
