Automatic/Manual Slide Show, Calendar
• First, stop the slide show by pressing the "EXIT" key (or by pressing longer on the "OK" key on
the rear of the picture frame).
• Press the "EXIT" button again (or longer on the "OK" key on the rear of the picture frame), to
go to the selection of the 3 main functions (slide show, manual image display and calendar).
• Select the desired function, using the control buttons "G" or "D" respectively, and then press
the "ENTER" key (or briefly press the "OK" button on the rear of the picture frame) to confirm.
Automatic slide show
After starting the function, all the pictures of the activated data medium (see above under "Select
Data Medium") will be displayed. The interval for the image change and the effect can be adjust-
ed in the main menu.
Manual slide show
Here you can select the pictures with the arrow keys as you can do, for example, with a simple
slide show program on a PC; then press the "ENTER" button (or briefly press the "OK" button on
the rear of the picture frame) to display the selected picture.
Calendar
In the calendar, the automatic slide show runs in a small window, on the left top the time is
shown, on the right-hand side the calendar is displayed. In order to select the months, click on
the arrow key "S" or "F".
Set the time and date, if you wish to use the calendar function.
Setting functions in the main menu
• If the automatic slide show is running, press the "EXIT" key (or press longer on the "OK" key
on the rear of the picture frame). Otherwise, the menu cannot be opened.
• Press the "SETUP" button (or press longer on the "
the main menu will then appear.
If the functions are highlighted in grey, they are currently not available.
For example, the function for zooming and rotating is only possible if the manual slide show is
running, i. e. the pictures are not changing automatically.
• The functions can be selected with the control buttons "G", "D", "S", "F".
• Use the "ENTER" button (or briefly press "OK" on the rear of the picture frame) to start an
adjustment or to confirm.
• You can return to the previous menu with the "EXIT" key (or by a long press of the "OK" but-
ton on the rear of the picture frame).
Following functions are available:
"Image Size"
With these settings, the aspect ratio or image size for the display format can be adjusted.
"Slide Show Effect"
Here, one of the effects can be defined to run as standard; alternatively a random effect can
be used for each screen change.
"Slide Show Interval"
Set the desired interval for the image change using the keys "S" or "F".
"Split Slide Show"
When this function is activated, four pictures will be displayed simultaneously during an auto-
matic slide show.
"Start Slide Show"
Here you can start the automatic slide show.
"Rotate"
The displayed image can be rotated in 90° steps.
"Zoom"
The picture can be zoomed in several steps, from here. Move the visible image section using
the arrow keys.
"Save Picture"
The picture frame has an 8MByte internal memory; using this function, an image can be copied
from the memory card or the USB stick to this memory. This can be used, if you wish to dis-
play only a few pictures on the picture frame later - a USB stick or memory card will then not
be required.
"Delete File"
One or more pictures can be deleted, from here. For this, the picture frame must be in the
image preview mode.
The picture preview is selected by pressing the "EXIT" button several times (or by pressing
longer on the "OK" key on the rear of the picture frame) until the max. 6 small preview images
are shown in the display.
With the "ZOOM" button of the IR remote control, several pictures can be selected (the pic-
tures are selected as usual with the arrow keys), a small tick will appear next to each selected
picture.
Now press the "SETUP" button, select the function "Delete File" and confirm with the key
"ENTER". Now, either the previously selected picture or all marked pictures can be deleted.

"Reset Setting"
If required, all the settings can be reset to the factory settings with this function.
"Language"
Here you can select the language for all the text in the display menu. The description in this
operating manual refers to the "English" language.
"Brightness"
Set the brightness for the display using the arrow keys.
"Contrast"
Set the contrast for the display using the arrow keys.
"Color"
Set the colour intensity for the display using the arrow keys.
"Tint"
This setting has no function for this version of the picture frame.
"Time"
If you want to use the calendar view, you can enter both time and date.
Select the digit to be entered by using the arrow keys "S" or "F". Then press the "ENTER" but-
ton and change the value with the arrow keys "G" or "D".
Press the "ENTER" button to confirm.
If all values are set correctly, select "SAVE TIME" and press the "ENTER" button.
The picture frame does not have an integrated back-up battery. If the power supply
unit is unplugged, the time and date will be lost.

Maintenance and Cleaning

The product is maintenance-free. Clean the picture frame with a dry, clean and soft cloth. Do not
press too hard on the display, this may cause scratches or the display to malfunction; further-
more, the display might break!
Dust can be very easily removed using a soft, clean brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Disposal
a) In general
Please dispose of the device when it is no longer of use, according to the current
statutory requirements.
b) Disposal of batteries and rechargeable batteries
As the end user, you are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used
batteries/rechargeable batteries; disposal of them in the household waste is prohibited!
Contaminated batteries/rechargeable batteries are labelled with these symbols to
indicate that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The symbols for the rele-
vant heavy metals are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (marked on batter-
ies/rechargeable batteries, e.g. under the rubbish bin symbol on the left).
You can dispose of your used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at
your community's collection point or any place where batteries/rechargeable bat-
teries are sold!
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
