Due to the product being radio-controlled, direct visual contact between the receiver
and the mouse is not necessary (as is the case e.g. for IR mice).

The range depends on the battery level or on devices working on the same radio fre-
quency and on the condition of the area between the receiver and the mouse (e.g.
metal table!). The maximum range is 1 – 1.5m.
The receiver should be placed in a distance of at least 20cm from other electronic
devices (e.g. the monitor).
9. Disposal
At the end of its useful life, the device must be disposed of according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
10. Cleaning the mouse
From time to time, the mouse ball and rollers should be cleaned.
As the mouse ball, e.g., rolls on a mouse pad and takes up dust or other dirt there,
the mouse movement can become increasingly inaccurate over a period of time.
Close all application programs and Windows and switch your PC off. Turn the mou-
se around and remove the batteries.
Now unlatch the retainer of the mouse ball carefully and remove mouse ball and
retainer.
Clean the two rollers and the small counter-pressure roller by using a damp cotton
swamp. To clean the mouse ball wipe it with a damp cloth, also wipe your mouse
pad.
Let all parts dry properly before re-inserting the batteries, the mouse
ball and the retainer and using the mouse again.
