• Lay the cables in the computer cleanly and straight, make sure that the cables are not squashed
or damaged in any way. Protect the cables from the sharp edges in the computer housing. Make
sure that the cables don't get into a fan.
To fix the cables in the computer housing use, eg cable fasteners.
• Check whether the power button on the front of your ATX housing is connected with the
corresponding connection on the mainboard.

Switching on via the mains switch does not result in switching on the computer (can
possibly be changed via the BIOS setting)!
• Close the housing of the computer and reconnect it with the other devices, cables and
accessories.
• Now connect the computer with the mains voltage and switch the ATX power supply unit on via
the mains switch on the back of the ATX power supply unit.

The computer does not start yet. Briefly press the power button on the front of your ATX
housing to switch on the computer.
• If your computer does not start correctly, switch it off straight away and control all settings and
cable connections.
Before you open the housing to check it, make sure to switch off all devices and
separate them from the mains voltage. Switching off via the mains switch is not
sufficient, pull the mains plug!
