• Warning: The actual vibration emission value may whilst operating the equipment may
deviate from the value specified in the instructions for use or by the manufacturer. This
may be caused by the following factors which should be considered before or during use
of the equipment:
• Is the equipment being used correctly
• Is the correct type of material being worked on.
• Is the equipment in good working condition
• are the handles or optional vibration handles attached and are they tightly secured to
the machine housing.
If you experience discomfort or discolouration of the hands whilst using the equipment,
stop working immediately. allow for adequate breaks. failure to take adequate breaks
may result in hand-arm vibration syndrome.
assess the stress level depending on the type or work or use of the equipment and
take breaks accordingly. This will significantly reduce the stress level throughout use.
minimise the risk vibration exposes you to. maintain this equipment as specified in the
instructions for use.
When frequently using the equipment you should contact your speciality retailer and if
necessary purchase anti-vibration accessories (handles).
avoid using the equipment in temperatures t=10°C or below. Develop a routine to limit
stress from vibration.
a certain level of noise exposure from this equipment cannot be avoided. schedule very
noisy work during permitted and designated hours. observe rest periods where appli-
cable, and limit the working period to a minimum. Use suitable hearing protection for
your personal protection and that of persons nearby.
• risk of fatal injury! Check the machine and charger for damage before every use. never
use a damaged charging unit.
• risk of fatal injury! never attempt to change, open or manipulate the machine in any way,
shape or form. Ignoring this advice can cause injury.
risk of damage!
• never operate the device if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way. for inspec-
tion and repair, take it to a qualified electrician.
