Maintenance and Cleaning

Apart from occasional cleaning and battery replacement (only
FB-02), the device requires no servicing. Only use a soft, anti-
static and lint-free cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive or
chemical cleaners. Battery replacement is described in the fol-
lowing.
Replacing Batteries/Charging the Recharge-
able Battery
The remote controls contain an integrated battery for storing the
date and time. They are already installed at delivery.
battery replacement is necessary for FB-02 if the time is dis-
played incorrectly after extended operation.
Recharging is required for FB-03 if the display brightness is
reduced of the remote control cannot be switched on anymore.
Proceed as follows to replace the battery of the FB-02 SWD:
Remove all connection cables and, if applicable, the memory
card, from the remote control.
Loosen the 4 screws on the rear and open the casing.
Press the latch on the battery holder downwards and slide the
button cell from the battery holder.
