Analogue Heart Rate Watch with

LED display

Intended Use
This product is intended for use as a watch with an analogue display. Hidden in the clock face (not visible in nor-
mal mode) there is also a digital display with red LED illumination (for time/date, alarm and heart rate function).
The watch is suitable for showering, bathing or swimming, however, it is not suitable for diving; when doing so
remove it for protection.
No part of the product should be modified or reassembled.
Read the user manual carefully and fully before using the product for the first time, pay attention to all the safe-
ty instructions and information in this user manual.

Safety Instructions
Please read all of the operating instructions before using the product for the first time;
they contain important information about the correct operation. The warranty will be void
in the event of damage caused by failure to observe these safety instructions! We do not
assume any liability for any consequential damage!
Nor do we assume any liability for material and personal damage caused by improper use
or non-compliance with the safety instructions! The warranty will be void in such cases.
The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the unit is not permitted because of safety
and approval reasons (CE).
The product is not a toy and must be kept out of the reach of children. It contains glass and small
parts that could be swallowed as well as a battery..
Do not leave packing materials unattended. They may become dangerous playthings for chil-
dren.
Handle the product with care, it can be damaged by impacts, blows, or accidental drops, even
from a low height.
Battery notes
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• Do not leave batteries lying around in the open; there is a risk of them being swallowed by children or domes-
tic animals. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately. This presents a danger to life!
• Leaking or damaged batteries can lead to caustic burning of the skin. Therefore, use suitable protective
gloves.
• Ensure that the batteries are never short-circuited, taken apart or thrown into a fire. There is a risk of explo-
sion!
• Replace a discharged battery as soon as possible with a new one, or remove the used battery from the
watch. A discharged battery may leak and damage the watch!
Controls
„T"-key („TIME")
• Press briefly to display hours/minutes or
seconds, date etc.
• Hold pressed for a longer time for the
time/date settings
„HR" key („HEART RATE")
• Hold pressed to start the measuring of the
heart rate (together with the „S1"-key).
• In setting mode: Press briefly to jump to the next setting.
„D"-key („DAILY ALARM")
• Press briefly for the alarm functions.
• In setting mode: Press briefly to change a value, and keep it impressed for quick adjustment.
Button „S1"
• Sensor for measuring of the heart rate; hold pressed to start the measuring of the heart rate (together with
the „HR"-key).
Bottom of the watch
• Sensor for measuring of the heart rated.
Winder „CR"
• Pull out the winder a little to setup the analogue watch (seconds hand stops); then setup the analogue watch
by turning the winder.

Set the analogue watch
• Pull out the crown (winder) carefully until a „click" can be
heard. The sweep hand stops.
• The time can be set by turning the winder.
If you press button „T" at the upper left repeatedly, you can
°
have shown the integrated digital clock, like e.g. in order to
set the analogue watch to the very same time.
• Impress the crown completely to finish the setting of the
analogue watch.
The sweep hand restarts and thus the analogue watch.
Please be aware of the analogue watch runs independently of the digital watch. Also observe the
section „Synchronising of the seconds indications" at the end of the manual.
Set the digital watch
[T] > 2 sec.
• Activate the setting mode by holding down the „T"-button for more than 2 seconds until the seconds start
blinking in the display. Now release the button.
If you wish to quit the setting mode, briefly press the „T"-key at any point. The settings that have
been adjusted until then will be saved.
• Press the „D" key briefly, the seconds are reset to „00".
• Briefly press the „HR" button. The minutes start flashing. Set the minutes by using the „D" button (keep it
pressed in order to start the fast skip mode).
• Briefly press the „HR" button. The hours start flashing. Set the hours by using the „D" button (keep it pressed
in order to start the fast skip mode).
• Briefly press the „HR" button, the year starts flashing. Set the year using the „D" button (keep it pressed to
enter the quick adjustment mode).
• Briefly press the „HR" button. The month starts flashing. Set the month using the „D" button (keep it pressed
to enter the quick adjustment mode).
• Press the button „HR" briefly. Tag is flashing. Set the day (date) by using the „D" button (keep it pressed in
order to start the fast skip mode).
• Press the „HR" button briefly, the entire display flashes for day/month or month/day. The order of
month/day and day/month in the display can be changed with the „D" button.
• Press the „HR" button briefly, the entire display flashes for 12h or 24h. Using the „D" button you can choose
either the 12h or the 24h mode.
If the 12h mode is set, a small symbol will appear to the left of the hour-display, during the sec-
ond half of the day (= PM).
• Briefly press the „HR" button, the seconds display flashes again (see above).
If you wish to modify the setting, please proceed as described above. Briefly press the „T" button to leave
the settings mode. All changes made are being saved.
Display time, date, day of the week and seconds
Press the button „T" repeatedly and briefly to display the time, the date, the day of the week and the seconds.
The display switches off automatically after a few seconds in order to save energy.
If the 12h mode is set, a small symbol will appear to the left of the hour-display, during the sec-
ond half of the day (= PM).
The days of the week are shown as abbreviations in English language: SUN = Sunday, MON =
Monday, TUE = Tuesday, WED = Wednesday, THU = Thursday, FRI = Friday, SAT = Saturday,
