Intended use
The product is intended to support the air circulation in dry, enclosed indoor areas. Due to the
space-saving design, only a small footprint is required, e. g. on offi ce desks or similar. The fan
is adjustable in 3 stages, and an oscillator function can be activated.
The power is supplied from the enclosed wall plug transformer.
Always observe the safety instructions and all other information included in these operating
instructions.

The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to observe
these safety instructions! We do not assume any liability for any consequen-
tial damage!
Nor do we assume any liability for material and personal damage caused by
improper use or non-compliance with the safety instructions! In such cases,
the warranty will be null and void.
a) In general
• The unauthorised conversion and/or modifi cation of the product is not permitted
for safety and approval reasons (CE). Do not open/disassemble! Contains no
customer-serviceable parts.
Maintenance, adjustment or repair work may only be carried out by an expert/
authorised service centre, which is familiar with the hazards involved and the
relevant regulations.
• The design of the wall plug transformer complies with protection class II. Only use
a standard power socket as the voltage source (see section "Technical Data").
• The product is not a toy and must be kept out of the reach of children. Be
especially careful if there are children around. Children cannot realise the danger
arising from the incorrect use of electrical devices.
Install the product out of the reach of children.
• Do not carelessly leave the packaging material lying around since this may
become a dangerous toy for children.
• Handle the product with care, it can be damaged by impacts, blows, or accidental
drops, even from a low height.
• The product must not be exposed to extremes of temperature, direct sunlight,
vibrations or moisture. Do not use the product in or under water.

b) Installation location
• The product may only be used in dry, enclosed, indoor areas, it must not get damp
or wet! Never set up the product in the direct vicinity of a bathroom, shower, bath-
tub or similar.
Use of the wall plug transformer involves the risk of a potentially fatal electric
shock!
• Choose an appropriate location for the mini tower fan. It has to be stable, level and
suffi ciently large.
• The product must not be exposed to extremes of temperature, direct sunlight or
strong vibrations.
• Do not place the product on valuable furniture or suchlike, without using suitable
protection, as this can cause scratches or pressure marks may appear.
• Never use the product in any kind of vehicle or similar moving object or space; it is
only suitable for use in buildings.
• Lay the cable between the mini tower fan and the wall plug transformer so it cannot
be damaged by sharp edges and so nobody can trip over it.
• Do not operate the device in environments where there are high levels of dust,
fl ammable gases, vapours or solvents. There is a danger of fi re and explosion!
• Never place the product close to naked fl ames or suchlike.
c) Operation
• Do not connect the product to the mains immediately after it has been brought from
a cold room into a warm one. The condensation that develops in such cases could
damage the device or cause an electric shock! Allow the product to reach room
temperature. Wait until the condensation has evaporated. This might take several
hours. Only then can the product be connected and put into operation.
• Never push objects through the mini tower fan's protective guard, there is a serious
risk of injury! In additions, this will damage the mini tower fan, loss of warranty/
guarantee!
• Loose objects, hair or clothing could be sucked in to the mini tower fan. Remove
them from the intake area, before switching on.
• Never block the intake and exhaust openings, since this could lead to overheating
of the mini tower fan. Never fasten any decorative items or similar to the mini tower
fan.
• Switch the mini tower fan off, before moving it (e.g. to another location).
• Only operate the mini tower fan via the enclosed wall plug transformer.
• Do not pull the wall plug transformer from the mains socket by pulling on the cable.
• If the wall plug transformer is damaged, do not touch it; there is danger to life from
electric shock!
First, switch off the mains voltage to the socket to which the wall plug transformer
is connected (switch off at the corresponding circuit breaker or, for example, or
remove the safety fuse) and then switch off at the corresponding RCD switch, so
the socket is fully disconnected from the mains voltage.
You can then unplug the wall plug transformer from the mains socket. Dispose of
the faulty wall plug transformer in an environment-friendly way, do not use it any
more.
Replace it with a new wall plug transformer with the same specifi cations.
• Never pour any liquids above or next to the product. It can cause fi re or perilous
electric shock danger. If liquids get into the device, immediately isolate the mains
socket (fuse/circuit breaker/earth leakage circuit breaker for the corresponding
electric circuit), then unplug the mains plug from the mains socket and consult an
expert. Do not operate the device anymore.
• Only use the product in a temperate climate, never in a tropical climate.
• The use of this product is not recommended for people with reduced ability to react
or those with physical/mental disabilities.
