Charging the Battery
The build-in battery must be charged before the first use. Store the unit only in
charged state. Important! Only use the provided power adaptor to charge the
battery.
Connect the charging plug (8) with the charging socket (6) and plug the power
adaptor into the power mains. The control LED (5) turns green and indicates
that the battery is charged.
While charging, the battery and the charging station become lightly warm.
After charging process the control LED (5) turns green to show that the battery
is fully charged. Charging process takes approx. 3 – 5 hours. Unplug the
power adaptor from power mains.
Turning ON/OFF
To operate the unit, press the main switch (2) to start the screwdriver. The
switch is a rocker switch. Press the top part of counter clockwise rotation and
the bottom part for clockwise rotation.
Inserting the Tool Bits
The bits are stored in a cylinder magazine which is stocked by the factory or
may be stored by you as you desire. Turn the cylunder until the desired bit is
at the top, under the window (3). Use the handle (10) to push the bit into the bit
holder. Pull it back after use.
To change the cylinder, pull back the handle (10), push out the inserted
cylinder to the left and push the new cylinder into the unit. Make sure the back
plate of the cylinder engages with the slot in the housing.
Working LED
When pressing the main switch the work LED (4) turns on automatically in
order to light up the working area.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Use only a moist cloth to clean the unit. Do not use aggressive chemicals
which may dissolve plastic parts, or abrasives. The screwdriver is
maintenance-free and does not reqire lubrication.
