HANDHABUNG SICHERHEITSMESSER
Handhabung: Bewegen Sie den Schieber nach vorne, um zu
schneiden. Achtung: Der automatische Klingenrückzug ist so
lange außer Kraft gesetzt, wie Sie den Schieber festhalten. Vor-
sichtig vom Körper weg arbeiten! SECUNORM PROFI40 ist nicht
für den Einsatz von herkömmlichen Abbrechklingen geeignet.
Klingenwechsel: Drücken Sie den Kunststoffeinsatz mithilfe
des Schiebers nach hinten heraus (Abb. 2) und wechseln Sie
die Klinge. Nicht am Einsatz ziehen und gleichzeitig den Schie-
ber festhalten! Achtung: Beim Einsetzen der Klinge niemals
die Hand vor den Klingenschlitz halten (Abb. 3)! Linkshänder
drehen die Klinge um 180° (Abb. 4). Prüfen Sie mit dem Schie-
ber, ob der Klingenrückzug wieder einwandfrei funktioniert.
Wichtig: Befreien Sie das Produkt bitte regelmäßig von
Material resten, damit der Klingenrückzug nicht beeinträchtigt

SAFETY KNIFE HANDLING
Handling: Extend the blade by moving the slider forward and
start cut. Caution: The automatic blade retraction is disengaged
for as long as the slider is held in position. Make sure that the
direction of any cut aims away from your body! The SECUNORM
PROFI40 is not designed for use with snap-off blades!
Blade change: Use the slider to push the plastic insert back
and out of the handle (fig. 2), replace the blade and reinstall
the plastic insert. Don't pull the insert while holding onto the
slider! Attention: Never hold your hand in front of the blade
exit while inserting the blade! (fig. 3). For use by left-handers:
Turn the blade through 180 degs (fig. 4). Work the slider to
check that the auto-retract mechanism is working smoothly.
Important: To keep the automatic safety function fully active,
it is important to ensure that the cutter is clean and free from
any material residue at any and all times! For further product

UTILISATION COUTEAU DE SÉCURITÉ
Utilisation: Faire coulisser le curseur vers l'avant et couper.
Attention: La rétraction de la lame est inopérante tant que le
curseur est maintenu. Coupez prudemment en éloignant le
tranchant du corps. Le SECUNORM PROFI40 n'est pas destiné à
recevoir des lames sécables conventionnelles.
Changement de lame: En prenant appui sur le curseur, pous-
ser l'insert en plastique hors du manche (repr. 2) et changer
la lame. Ne pas simultanément tirer sur l'insert et maintenir
le curseur!
ATTENTION: Ne pas maintenir l'endroit où sort la lame lors de
son insertion! (repr. 3). Pour les gauchers tourner la lame de
180° (repr. 4). Actionner le curseur afin de vérifier le bon fonc-
tionnement du dispositif de rétraction. Afin de garantir le bon
fonctionnement de la rétraction automatique de la lame, il est
nécessaire d'ôter régulièrement du couteau les particules de
matériaux générées lors de la coupe. Vous trouverez des in-

MANEJO CUCHILLO DE SEGURIDAD
Manejo: Mueva el desplazador de la hoja hacia adelante, clave
la hoja y corte. Precaución: El mecanismo auto-retráctil de la
hoja está libre mientras la hoja se mantiene posicionada. Ase-
gúrese de que corta en dirección CONTRARIA a su cuerpo! Por
favor, tome nota de que el MARTOR-SECUNORM PROFI40 NO
está diseñado para ser usado con hojas fraccionables.
Cambio de la hoja: Utilice el desplazador de la hoja para em-
pujar hacia atrás y fuera del cuerpo del cutter, el inserto rojo
de plástico (ver ilust. 2), reemplace la hoja y vuelva a colocar
el inserto de plástico. No estire el inserto mientras esté pre-
sionando el desplazador de la hoja!
IMPORTANTE: Nunca mantenga su mano delante de la sali-
da de la hoja mientras coloca de nuevo el mecanismo cen-
tral (ver ilust. 3). Para zurdos: Gire la hoja 180 grados (ver
ilust. 4). Accione el desplazador para verificar que el meca-
nismo auto-retráctil funciona suavemente. Para mantener
el macanismo de seguridad automático siempre activo, es
importante asegurarse de que el cutter esté limpio y libre

GEBRUIK VEILIGHEIDSMES
Gebruik: Schuif naar voren bewegen en snijden. Let op: zo-
lang de duim op de schuif gehouden wordt zal het mesje niet
automatisch in de houder verdwijnen! Voorzichtig vanaf het
lichaam weg snijden! SECUNORM PROFI40 is niet geschikt voor
het gebruik van afbreekmesjes! Mesjes verwisselen: Kunst-
stof gedeelte dmv de schuif naar buiten drukken (zie afb. 2)
en mesje verwisselen. Nooit gelijktijdig aan het binnenwerk
trekken en de schuif vasthouden.
Let op! Tijdens het verwisselen nooit de hand voor de
mesopening houden! (zie afb. 3). Voor linkshandig gebruik
het mesje 180° draaien (zie afb. 4). Controleer middels de
schuif of het veermechanisme weer correct functioneert.
Om de werking van het automatische veermechanisme
de waarborgen is het nodig het mes regelmatig schoon

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung und bewahren Sie diese stets gut
auf, damit Sie Ihr neues MARTOR-Schneidwerkzeug sicher und
optimal verwenden können.
1. Allgemeine Anwendungshinweise: Bitte nutzen Sie das
Produkt nur für manuelle Schneidarbeiten, stets sorgfältig und
nicht auf zweckentfremdete Weise. Achten Sie hierzu auf die
korrekte Handhabung und den richtigen Einsatz des Schneid-
werkzeugs. Als zusätzliche Schutzmaßnahme empfehlen wir
das Tragen von Handschuhen.
2. Besondere Anwendungshinweise zur Vermeidung von Ver-
letzungsgefahren: Benutzen Sie nur einwandfreie Schneid-
werkzeuge mit scharfer, sauberer und unbeschädigter MAR-
TOR-Klinge. Lassen Sie beim Umgang mit dem Produkt immer
größte Vorsicht walten. Machen Sie sich vor Gebrauch mit der
Sicherheitstechnik und ihrer Funktionsweise vertraut. Stellen
Sie auch sicher, dass diese nicht durch das zu schneidende
Material beeinträchtigt wird.
ACHTUNG, die Klinge ist scharf und kann zu erheblichen und
tiefen Schnittverletzungen führen. Greifen Sie daher niemals
in die Klinge! Platzieren Sie die zweite Hand nicht auf dem
Schneidweg des Messers und schneiden Sie grundsätzlich am
Körper vorbei.
3. Ersatzteilaustausch: Tauschen Sie stumpf gewordene
Klingen rechtzeitig aus! Verwenden Sie dazu nur MARTOR-
Ersatzklingen. Ausgewechselte Klingen sind fachgerecht zu
entsorgen. Sie gehören nicht in den Papiermüll, da sonst eine
erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr besteht. Führen Sie Reparaturen
nie selbst aus. Weist das Schneidwerkzeug Alterungs- oder
sonstige Verschleißerscheinungen auf, wie z. B. Funktionsstö-
rungen bei der Sicherheitstechnik, beim Klingenwechsel oder in
der Handhabung, muss es ausgemustert und ersetzt werden.
Veränderungen oder Manipulationen am Produkt sind nicht
erlaubt, da diese die Produktsicherheit beeinträchtigen. ACH-
TUNG, hier ist die Verletzungsgefahr besonders hoch!
4. Nichtverwendung des Schneidwerkzeugs: Sichern Sie die
Klinge stets so (abhängig vom Produkttyp), dass Schnittver-
letzungen ausgeschlossen sind. Bewahren Sie das Produkt an
einem sicheren Ort auf.
5. Pflegehinweise: Halten Sie das Schneidwerkzeug immer
sauber und setzen Sie es nicht unnötig Schmutz und Feuch-
tigkeit aus, um eine lange Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten.

MANEGGIO DEL COLTELLO DI SICUREZZA
Utilizzo: spostare il cursore della lama sull'impugnatura e ta-
gliare. Attenzione: Il rientro automatico della lama è inattivo
fintanto che si tiene fermo il cursore. Lavorare con cautela
lontano dal corpo! SECUNORM PROFI 40 non è adatto per l'im-
piego con normali lame a segmento.
Cambio Lama: spingere indietro la parte interna in plastica con
l'aiuto del cursore (fig. 2). Non tirare la parte interna tenendo
contemporaneamente fermo il cursore.
Attenzione: non tenere mai la mano davanti all'uscita della
lama (fig. 3)! I mancini dovranno ruotare la lama di 180° (fig.
4). Controlli con il cursore, che il ritorno della lama funzioni
nuovamente senza problemi. Per garantire che la funzione di
sicurezza del dispositivo automatico di rientro lama rimanga
intatto è neccessario pulire il coltello eliminando regolarmente
dal medesimo i residui di materiali rimasti depositati. Trove-

KULLANIM GÜVENLI BIÇAKLAR
Uygulama: Bıçak ucu tuşunu itin, kesilecek malzemeye değdi-
rin/saplayın ve kesmeye başlayın. Uyarı: Otomatik geri çekme
mekanizması, itici tuş doğru pozisyonda tutulduğunda çalışır.
Bıçak ucunun vücudunuzun herhangi bir yerine değme ihtimali
olmadığından emin olun! MARTOR SECUNORM PROFI40, sıra-
dan dilimli uçlarla birlikte kullanılamaz!
Uç Değişimi: İtici tuşu ters yönde gövdenin içine doğru itin
(resme bakınız 2), bıçak ucunu değiştirin ve yenisini plastik yu-
vaya yerleştirin. Yay sistemli iç mekanizmayı çekmeyin.
DİKKAT: Bıçak ucu değişimi sırasında elinizi, bıçak ucu çı-
kış bölgesinden uzak tutun (resme bakınız 3). Solaklar
için: Bıçak ucunu 180 derece çevirin (resme bakınız 3). İti-
ci tuşu kullanarak yeni takılan bıçak ucuyla bıçağın düz-
gün çalışıp çalışmadığını kontrol edin. Otomatik güvenlik
işlevinin tam olarak aktif olduğunu sağlamak için, kesici

Obsługa: Przesuwając suwak do przodu wysunąć ostrze z
rękojeści, wbić je w materiał (np. karton) a następnie rozpo-
cząć cięcie jednocześnie zdejmując kciuk z suwaka (Fot. 2).
Uwaga: mechanizm bezpieczeństwa zadziała dopiero wtedy,
gdy kciuk będzie zdjęty z suwaka ostrza. Prace wykonywać
z zachowaniem jak największej ostrożności. Pracować od
ciała! SECUNORM PROFI40 nie jest przystosowany do pracy z
ostrzami segmentowymi.
Wymiana ostrza: Wysunąć moduł wewnętrzny rękojeści po-
przez przesunięcie suwaka ostrza do tyłu (Fot. 3). Wyciągając
moduł wewnętrzny nie przytrzymywać suwaka ostrza. W tej
pozycji ostrze można wymienić na nowe. Należy zwrócić uwa-
gę na to aby ostrze osadzić na trzpieniach pozycjonujących.
Dla osób leworęcznych: ostrze obrócić o 180° (Fot. 4). Spraw-
dzić przy pomocy suwaka czy mechanizm automatycznego
chowania ostrza działa bez zarzutów! W celu zapewnienia
bezawaryjnego działania mechanizmu bezpieczeństwa nale-
ży regularnie czyścić nóż i usuwać z niego resztki ciętych ma-

A BIZTONSÁGI VÁGÓ HASZNÁLATA
Használat: Nyomja előre a pengekapcsolóval a pengét és
vágjon. Vigyázat: Az automatikus pengevisszahúzó- szerke-
zet mindaddig hatástalan, amíg a pengekapcsolót kinyomva
tartjuk. A kést a testétől kellő távolságban és óvatosan hasz-
nálja! A MARTOR-SECUNORM PROFI40 nem használható letör-
hető pengékkel!
Pengecsere: Nyomja hátra a pengekapcsolónál fogva a kés-
betétet és vegye ki a házból (2 sz. kép). Cserélje ki a pengét és
tegye vissza a betétet. Ne húzza a betétet akkor, amikor fogja
a pengekapcsolót!
FIGYELEM : A betét visszahelyezésekor ne tartsa a kezét a
késház pengekimeneti részénél! (3 sz. kép). Balkezes hasz-
nálathoz fordítsa el a pengét 180°- kal! (4 sz. kép). Minden
esetben ellenőrizze a pen- gekinyomóval a pengevisszahú-
zó-szerkezet megfelelő működését! A biztonsági funkció za-
vartalan működése érdekében mindig tartsa tisztán a pengét

MANIPULACE S BEZPEČNOSTNÍM NOŽEM
Manipulace: pomocí posunovače vysuňte čepel dopředu a za-
čněte řezat. Důležité: pokud držíte posunovač stlačený, není
pružinové zatažení čepele funkční. Řez veďte vždy směrem
OD vašeho těla! Do nože SECUNORM PROFI40 nepatří ulamo-
vací čepele!
Výměna čepele: uvolněte zadní plastovou vložku ze zámku
a opatrně vytáhněte vnitřní mechanismus a přidržte kryt če-
pele (obr. 2). Vyměňte čepel a vsaďte plastovou vložku zpět.
Ujistěte se, že umístění nové či otočené čepele je přesně na
určené čepy. Nevytahujte plastovou vložku pokud držíte po-
sunovač (riziko poškození pružiny).
Upozornění: při vkládání čepele nikdy nedržte ruku před jejím
výstupem z nože! (obr. 3). Pro uživatele - leváky: otočte čepel
o 180° (obr. 4). Vyzkoušejte posunovač a zkontrolujte , zda je
automatický systém zpětného zatažení čepele plně funkční.
Ujistěte se, že je nůž čistý a beze zbytků materiálu!

SECURITY ADVICE
To ensure that you use your new MARTOR knife safely and
most effectively, please read and note the following user-in-
structions. Please keep the written guide in a safe place so
that you can access it at any time.
1. General application instructions: Please always use the
product carefully for manual cutting work only and not for any
purposes other than those that are intended. Please take the
correct handling and the proper use of the knives into account
in this regard. As an additional safety measure, we recom-
mend the wearing of safe gloves.
2. Special application instructions to avoid the danger of in-
juries: Only use knives that are in perfect condition and have
sharp, clean and undamaged MARTOR blades. Employ the ut-
most care when handling the knives. Prior to use, familiarise
yourself with the safety features and their functioning. Ensure
that these safety features are not impaired by the type of ma-
terial to be cut. CAUTION: The blade is sharp and can result in
serious and deep cuts. Therefore, never reach into the blade!
Do not place your free hand in the line of cutting and never
cut directly towards you.
3. Replacement of spare parts: Replace any blades that be-
come dull at the right time! Use only the replacement blades
from MARTOR for this purpose. Dispose of old blades in a prop-
er fashion. They should not be placed in a waste paper bin, as
this poses a considerable danger of injuries. Never perform any
repairs yourself. If the knife shows signs of aging or any other
wear, e.g. which impair safety features, blade changing or us-
age, the knife must be taken out of service and replaced. Do
not modify this product in any way. Modifications of any kind
may impair product safety. CAUTION: The risk of injury caused
by manipulation of this product is extremely high.
4. Non-use of the knife: Always secure the blade in such a
way (depending on product type) that injuries due to cuts are
excluded. Store the knife in a secure place.
5. Care instructions: To guarantee a long service life, always
keep the knife clean and do not expose it to unnecessary soil-
ing and humidity.
