SAFETY CRITERIA
1 Attention: before beginning anykind of procedure of installation is
absolutely necessary to read all this manuall.
2 Choose the operator in the width's function of the arm as
proposed in the table below.
3 Check that:
- The gate must slide perfectly (sliding wheels well greased).
- The gate must be equipped with opening and closing mechanical
stops.
- The gate must match what specified by UNI 8612 Rules.
INSTALLATION ADVICE
Installation:
• All the connections must be made in absence of electricity.
• Foresee a omnipolar breaking device near to the apparatus (the
contact must measure at least 3 mm)
Protect always the alimentation by an automatic switch of 6A, or
by a monophase of 16A including the fuse.
• The power supply lines to the motors, to the control unit and the
connection lines to the outfits must be separated to avoid
troubles which could generate problems in the installation
working.
• Any outfits (of control or safety) eventually connected to the
control unit must be tension free.
Spare parts:
• Use esclusively original spare parts.
Installation:
• In order to correctly use the product and to exclude the possibility
of injury or damage, refer to the "Generals" page enclosure,
which is an integrated part of this manual.

FIXING OF THE MORORIDUCER
- Fasten perfecty the PB1 motor bracket to the ground having
already inserted the screws M10x50 with special nuts M10 and
washers Ø10, respecting the measures shown in the (Fig. A)
- Fasten the gear-motor to the base plate PB2 (Fig. B) using
the supplied bolts M8X16 with the supplied toothed washers
Ø 8 mm. (Fig. B)
- On each bolt fastened to the first base plate PB1 insert 1 nuts
M10 and 1 washer Ø10. (Fig. C)
- To insert on the bolts M10x50 the base-plate PB2 already fastened
to the motor and fixing the relative nuts and washers.
The fastening bolts allow a vertical adjustment of some 15 mm.
We recommend to place the built in the middle of each fixing botton
of the gear-motor.
We recommend to position the gear-motor lefting move or less 30
mm between the two base-plate PB1 - PB2 (Fig. B).
In this way it will be possible, at the and of the installation, make a
perfect vertical and horizontal regulation of the gear-motor.
FASTENING OF RACK (Fig D/E)
The rack is provided zinc-plated folding plate, which is supplied in
1/2 meter pieces.
It has to be fixed au the canyng structure by the clamp P2 to
anange a high regulation of 5 mm and to obtain the right distance
from the gate.
1 Position and screw ou the first piece of reck a clamp P2 as in Fig. E,
using the first 2 hole of the rack.
The relief studs of the clamp have to be perfectly embedded in
the oval holes of the rack.
2 Position and srew ou the same piece of the rack the second
clamp P2 using the lasthde of the rack.
3 Opening completely the gate.
4 Put the first meter of rack on the motor's pinion and then, keeping
the rack perfectly levelled, weld the spacers to the gate's structure.
5 Move the gate forward abount 1/2 meter.
6 Lay the and piece of reck ou the pinion embeddong the free stud
of the clamp P2 in the first hole and screw.
7 Repit the previus procedure for the whole length of the gate.
8 Since the gate must not weigh on the motor's pinion, at this point
the gear-motor has to be lowered by 1÷2 mm by working on its
vertical adjustment bolts.
9 Place on the rack the opening and closing stop-slides, adjusting them
so that the gate doesn't hit its required mechanical stops.
10 For the gate has not to go to knack against mechanic blocks,
that it should have, regulate the special strake-end slides, so that
the micro end-stroke little hammer knock against the slide when
the gate is near feco cm to the complete closing. (Fig. F)
Remember that is necessary to bend lightly the front part of the
stop-slides in sort of facilitate the sliding of the cilinder on the
stop-slides. (Fig. E)
RELEASE OF THE ACTUATOR
Insert the key in the release seat and turn it counterclockwise to
release the gear-motor and clockwise to lock it. (Fig. C).
