Warranty Conditions - AIRELEC PARIS Bedienungsanleitung

The warranty is strictly limited to the free replacement or to a repair in site of the part or parts declared
defective. The manufacturer guarantees its electric heaters for 2 YEARS against any manufacturing
defects. Once the agreement in principle was given by the manufacturer for the return of the parts,
they must be sent at sender's cost within 15 days. The cost of demounting and reassembly can never
be declared to be cause for charging the manufacturer for damages or interest for any reason
whatsoever. The manufacturer shall in particular not be held responsible for direct or indirect
consequences of defects on both people and property and it is expressly noted that the installation of
its equipment is not its responsibility in any way. The warranty can not intervene if the devices have
been improperly used or used in conditions of employment other than for which they were intended to.
The warranty will not apply for damage or injury arising out of negligence, lack of supervision or
maintenance or due to transformation of the equipment.
STAFF INSURANCE:
In the event of an accident occurring at any given time and for any reason whatsoever, the
manufacturer's responsibility is limited to its own staff and its proper supply.
CONTESTATION:
In the case of claim, whatever the conditions of sales and payment, the Commercial Court of Paris will
have exclusive jurisdiction. The provision of this warranty does not exclude any of the benefit of the
purchaser of the legal warranty against latent defects and that in accordance to Articles 1641 and
following of the French Civil Code.
