possible causes
Rotor blocked

Switch the pump off and secure against being swit-
ched back on.
Depending on the operating condition of the system,
hot water can escape! Risk of burns!

Unscrew the 4 head cap screws and remove the
pump head by loosening the motor head.
Pump impeller must be able to rotate easily.
Remove any impurities or foreign bodies and reas-
semble the pump.
In case of slightly blocking could it be sufficient if the
shaft will be moved manual with a screwdriver
The shaft does have a notch for these purpose and is
accessible after loosening of the vent screw.
ATTENTION ! Hot water could come out !!! Risk of
Scalding !!!
