LISTENING TO RADIO

Manual tuning
1. Press DVD/TUNER/AUX button on the remote control
to select the TUNER mode.
2. Press the TUNING +/– button on the remote control
softly to execute 1 step/1 push tuning.
Auto tuning
1. Follow step 1 and 2 of "MANUAL TUNING".
2. Press the TUNING +/– button on remote control
continuously to start the automatic tuning.
3. To terminate auto turning, press the TUNING +/– button
again on the remote control.
Preset station
This unit equipped 20 preset stations for FM and AM.
Once they are preset, broadcasting corresponded to these
can readily be enjoyed by simply pressing the preset station
button.
In tuner mode, press the PRGM button on the remote
control. All stations for AM and FM will be stored
automatically.
Calling the preset stations
Press the PRESET +/– button or number key(s) of remote
control to select the preset station in order.
* Remarks:
• In tuner mode, all data will be appeared on VFD display
of main unit only.
• "57" shows on VFD arround 3 seconds when received
stereo signal at FM channel. (Press AUDIO button will
switch to Mono mode, VFD will shows "00" for mono
indication.)
• FM Tuner default is stereo.
Aux In
The AUX mode is available only, if the TV scart is
connected with the DVD scart. Furthermore there has to
be a available sound signal from the TV scart.
1. Press DVD/TUNER/AUX button on the remote control
to select the AUX mode.
– Press VOLUME +/– buttton, display will shown "VOL"
symbol.
– Press MUTE button to silence the volume.

SETUP MENU

The SETUP MENU let you to customize the DVD player
by allowing you to select various language preferences,
set up a parental level, turn captions and screen saver on
and off, adjust what type of television screen you have and
more. Below, find the menu, and then find the
corresponding page that describes the features of the
selected menu option.
1. When you press SETUP button on the remote control,
the SETUP MENU will be displayed.
2. Within the SETUP MENU, you can use
buttons on the remote control to move the cursor
and then press the ENTER/PLAY button to make your
selection. Press can return the previous menu.

3. To exit SETUP MENU, pess SETUP button again.

GENERAL MENU

Select GENERAL SETUP in the SETUP MENU and then
select the desired option using the cursor ( , , ,
buttons to navigate through the menus/screens and press
the ENTER button to select.
TV Display
NORMAL/PS: Pan scan. Select when the unit is connected
to a conventional TV. Video material formatted in the Pan
Scan style is played back with the left and right edges are
cut off.
NORMAL/LB: Letter Box. Select when the unit is connected
to a normal TV. Wide-screen images are shown on the
screen with a black band at the top and bottom.
WIDE: Select when the unit is connected to a wide-screen
TV.
Note:
The displayable picture size is preset on the DVD disc.
Therefore the playback picture of some DVD discs may
not conform to the picture size you select.
