control channel is activated by short-circuiting the ter-
minals (6) "switching channel in" and "GND". Connect
e. g. a motion detector with closing contact (NO) to
these terminals.
Connection wires with a cross section of

0.14 – 1 mm
can be used. For inserting or removing
a wire, press the orange clip. Strip the connection
wires for a length of approx. 10 mm.
For testing the control channel after setting into
operation, press the momentary pushbutton "test
switch" (3). As long as the button is pressed, a control
signal is transmitted which activates the unit connect-
ed to the control output of the receiver.
4.2.3 Power supply
For power supply, a regulated power supply unit with
an output voltage between 7 V
quired, e. g. MONCOR PS-362ST. The power con-
sumption of the transmitter is 3 W.
1) In case of power supply units with variable output
voltage, adjust a value between 7 V and 30 V.
2) Connect the power supply unit to the jack "DC
7-30 V" (11) via a low voltage plug 5.5/2.1 mm (out-
side/inside diameter). Observe the correct polarity:
The positive pole must be at the centre contact!
3) Make all other connections before connecting the
power supply unit to a mains socket (230 V/50 Hz).
After applying the operating voltage, the transmit-
ter is switched on and the display (1) is illuminated.
After operation, disconnect the power supply
unit from the mains socket.
4.3 Adjustments
4.3.1 Channel selection
The wireless transmission is made in the 5.8 GHz
range which has been divided by the manufacturer
into 16 channels with a distance of 9 MHz. At the
transmitter, the same channel must be adjusted as on
the receiver and the reception antenna must be
aligned to the same plane as the reception antenna.
For parallel operation of several transmitters and
receivers, a different channel must be used for each
pair of transmitter/receiver. When aligning the trans-
mitting and reception antennas in one plane only (ver-
tical or horizontal), two channels must always remain
vacant between the channels used. In this case, e. g.
only the channels 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, and 16 can be used,
i. e. a maximum of 6 channels at the same time.
If it is possible to align the antennas of adjacent
transmitters and receivers in a different way, only one
channel must remain vacant between the channels
used, e. g.:
channel 1 with vertical polarization,
channel 3 with horizontal polarization,
channel 5 with vertical polarization,
channel 7 with horizontal polarization,
etc.
A maximum of 8 channels can be used in this case.
After applying the operating voltage, the display (1)
shows the adjusted transmitting channel. To change
the channel, press the momentary pushbuttons
10
"channel selection" (2). Use the upper momentary
pushbutton to advance one channel and the lower
pushbutton to reverse one channel. The adjusted
channel is kept memorized even after disconnection
from the power supply.
4.3.2 Connecting and aligning the antenna
Connect the supplied antenna (5) to the jack
"antenna" (7). For reasons of approval only use this
antenna. When connecting another antenna the
approval is no longer valid! The transmitting antenna
must be aligned in the same plane as the reception
antenna. By turning the transmitting antenna align it
vertically or horizontally.

4.3.3 Adjusting the audio level
The input sensitivity of the inputs "audio A in" (9) and
"audio B in" (10) can be adjusted with the control
"audio level" (4) from 500 mV to 10 V. The audio sig-
nal at the receiver or monitor must neither distort,
then turn the control back correspondingly, nor be
noisy, then turn the control further up.
