9 Troubleshooting - Alarm - Block
Explanation
The heat pump is switched off when the lower
operating limit has been reached and/or the heat
source delivers insufficient energy
The heat pump is switched off when the
maximum flow temperature has been reached.
The heat pump is blocked
Temperature difference between flow and return
flow is too large or negative for defrosting
Power consumption of the well pump or brine
circulating pump above the switching value
Flow rate switch is not switching
Attainable hot water temperature during heat
pump operation below 35 °C
Heating flow temperature is below 7 °C
Incorrect rotational direction
Phase failure
Start-up current of compressor is too high
Undervoltage
Operating current of compressor is too high
Overtemperature of soft starter
Incorrect network frequency
Necessary extension modules (e.g. for the
cooling function) are not connected to the heat
pump manager
Measures
Clean the dirt trap filter.
De-aerate the heat source system
Check brine or water flow
Evaporator iced or the system temperatures
are too low (< 18 °C).
Set lower heating curve
Increase heating water flow
Open overflow valve wider
Set the operating mode to automatic by
repeatedly pressing the mode button.
Release external block on the controller (ID3,4)
Check heating water flow
Check overflow valve and pump size
Flow and return flow mixed up
Inform your after-sales service
Check setting
Water flow through the well is insufficient
Hot water circulating pump flow is insufficient
Heating check valve is defective
Raise heating water temperature
Increase heating water flow
Check rotational direction
Check load stress relief
Inform after-sales service
Check connecting line:
- Line interrupted
- Plug loose
- Individual lines mixed up
Check voltage supply:
- Replacement fuse in fuse socket
