INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION

Read the whole instruction through before installing the machine!
Follow the instructions carefully to avoid accidents.
MAKE SURE THAT NOBODY EXCEPT THE QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT INSTALLATION ENGINEER
IS FOUND NEAR THE MACHINE DURING THE INSTALLATION!
INSTALLATION MUST BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT PERSON.
POINT 17-20 BELOW CONTAINS DANGEROUS MACHINE MOVEMENTS. TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION,
SINCE THE RISK TO BEING SERIOUSLY INJURED IS GREAT.
ONLY ONE PERSON IS ALLOWED TO EXECUTE THE INSTALLATION.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

The qualifi ed and competent electrician shall ONLY make sure that the CORRECT ELECTRICITY accor-
ding to this instruction is AVAILABLE for the installation of the machine.
The electrician, or any other person, MUST NOT switch the current to the machine or start the machine.
This is ONLY allowed to be performed by the QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT INSTALLATION ENGI-
NEER ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION.
The remote control (see below) SHALL BE REMOVED from the electrical box, when the cylinder is raised
and the installation completed!
If the remote control is not removed, then it is possible to set aside the whole safety system of the mach-
ine, which leads to A VERY GREAT RISK FOR SERIOUS INJURIES!
PLEASE NOTICE THE FOLLOWING POINTS IN THIS INSTRUCTION:
Point 2. Leave the four pieces of stay board in the chamber until the installation is completed.
Point 14b.Loosen both connections a little bit so that they just became possible to turn.
Point 17. DANGEROUS MACHINE MOVEMENT!
Check the direction of rotation of the motor by shortly pushing the remote control.
Point 18. DANGEROUS MACHINE MOVEMENT!
Run the cylinder intermittently up towards the beam by intermittently pushing the remote
control.
Point 23. The remote control shall be removed from the electrical box, when the cylinder is raised and
the installation is completed.
