5. CONNECTION
TRANSMITTER

Place the transmitter near your television set or hi-fi system.
For optimum receiving please follow these instructions:
Maintain a line-of-sight between the transmitter and receiver antennas, if possible. Avoid placing transmitter and
receiver where metal or other dense materials may be present. Avoid placing the receiver near computers or other
RF generating equipment.

Connect the transmitter with the supplied cable to the AUX output of your television set or hi-fi system.

Plug the connection cable of the power-unit into the DC connector of the transmitter. Plug the power unit
into your outlet. Please disconnect from the mains when the device is not in use for a longer period.

Use the POWER switch to turn on the receiver. The volume can be adjusted with the VOL control. Press
the AUTO TUNE button to tune in the headphones to the frequency from the transmitter.

Only use 2 x 1.5 V Micro batteries, AAA or rechargeable batteries (type AAA). We recommend NiMH
batteries.

When the batteries are going flat, the POWER LED starts blinking. Turn off the device and recharge the
batteries.

If possible, use the entire capacity of the batteries. Short discharging/recharging cycles will reduce their
capacity.
