2. OPERATION

2.1. To make a telephone call
As soon as you pick up the receiver, the In Use indicator lights up. Use the
numerical buttons to enter the desired telephone number.
2.2. Setting the ringer volume
By means of the ringer volume switch (at the back of the phone) you can set
the ringer volume of your telephone. There are two possibilitie : HI en LO.
2.3. Setting the speaker volume handset
By means of the speaker volume switch (at the right side of the phone), you
can adjust the volume of the handset.
2.4. Redial
Pick up the receiver and press the Redial button.
The last telephone number dialled will be called automatically.
2.5. Tone and pulse dialling
By means of the Tone / Pulse switch (at the back of the phone), you can set
the phone on tone or pulse dialling. Switch it on T for tone dialling (used
the most) or P for pulse dialling (only if connected to an old telephone
exchange).
2.6. Flash / Transfer (valid for PABX only)
To transfer a call to another telephone, press the Flash button followed by
the number of the telephone.

2.7. Memory numbers
The Topcom Largo has 3 memory buttons. You can program them the
following way :
• Pick up the receiver.
• Press the Set button at the bottom of the telephone.
• Enter the telephone number you wish to program.
• Press one of the memory buttons M1, M2 or M3.
2.8. To call a memory number
• Pick up the receiver.
• Press the desired memory button (M1, M2 or M3).
• The phone number will be dialled automatically.

Ask your dealer for your free swop warranty.
