Troubleshooting
By purchasing the mobile PA system, you have acquired a product which has been designed to the state of the art
and is operationally reliable. Nevertheless, problems or faults may occur. For this reason, the following is a
description of how you can eliminate possible malfunctions yourself.
Please observe the safety instructions!
No function; the POWER indicator next to the MASTER VOL (5) control is not lit:
•
Device is not switched on.
•
The rechargeable battery is discharged. In this case, charge the rechargeable battery until the charging indicator
CHARGE on the back of the device goes out.
No function in MP3 operation:
•
Remove the respective storage medium and re-insert it.
•
The storage medium is not compatible. Try using another storage medium.
The indicator POWER next to the MASTER VOL control (5) lights, but there is no sound:
•
The LEVEL control (1, 2, 3) and MASTER VOL (5) are turned to the left stop.
•
The microphone, instrument or audio source is not connected properly. Check the connection.
•
The microphone, instrument or audio source is not switched on.
•
in case of MP3 player operation, no storage medium is inserted or the storage medium is empty.
•
The storage medium in MP3 player operation is not compatible. Try using another medium.
Playback is distorted:
•
The LEVEL (1, 2, 3) and MASTER VOL (5) controls are open too wide.
•
The audio source supplies a too-high source level. Observe the technical data.
Repairs other than those described above should only be carried out by an authorised
specialist.
