If a fault occurs, first check the points listed below before taking the set for repair. Do not open the set as
there is a risk of electric shock.
If you are unable to remedy the problem by following these hints, call service and support at the phone

Solution
Adjust the Volume
Connect the AC cord properly
Insert (fresh) batteries correctly
Switch off und aunplug the set. Reconnect
after a few seconds
Clean deck parts , etc.
Only use NORMAL (IEC I) for recording.
Apply a piece of adhesive tape over the
missing tab space
Replace or clean CD
Quit program mode
Insert a CD, CD-R or CD-RW
Replace or clean CD
Wait until lens has cleared
Replace or clean CD
Wait until lens has adjusted to room
temperature
Unplug and reinsert memory card or USB
stick
Use a USB / Memory Card containing
MP3 or WMA files
