•Assemble the push bar (1) as shown in Fig. 2.
•Fit the clutch cables as shown in Fig. 3-6. First
unscrew the cable tensioner and place the
cable for the plow unit through the hole in the
push bar provided for it as shown in Fig. 4.
Attach the tensioning hook on the clutch cables
to the holes provided for it on the control levers
as shown in Fig. 5. After you have attached the
clutch cables, the cables must be tensioned
using the cable tensioner (Fig. 6) so that the
drive unit and the plow unit receive drive power
when they are engaged. When they are not
engaged the drive unit and the plow unit must
be in idling mode.
Adjusting the cables: In the driving and plowing
setting it should be possible to push the clutch
cables up to the push bar without this requiring
much effort. If the cables are too taut for this,
they must be extended. To do this, undo the
knurled nut (Fig. 6) opposite the main cable,
extend the screw connector and then tighten
the knurled nut again. If the power of the drive
unit falls or the plow unit no longer rotates, the
cable length must be reduced using the screw
connection (using the same procedure
described above).
•Assemble the gear shift lever (5) as shown in
Fig. 7 and 8. First attach the gear shift lever to
the push bar using the support plate provided
for it. Then secure the gear shift lever using the
bolt and the nut (Fig. 8). Tightening the setting
screw (Fig. 8 / Item A) will cause the gear shift
lever to be pushed upwards into its locked
position by a spring. Undo the screw (Fig. 8 /
Item A) to fit the gear shift lever.
•Fit the snow ejection unit - chute (8) as shown
in Fig. 9. As you fit the snow ejection unit,
ensure that you only tighten the bolts so far that
they can still turn.
•Fit the adjusting lever for the snow ejection
unit as shown in Fig. 10 and 11.

engine oil and fuel before you can
start the engine.
• Check the fuel and engine oil levels and top
up if necessary
• Make sure that the spark plug boot is secured
to the spark plug
• Check the area immediately around the snow
thrower
The snow thrower can be operated either with a
two-wheel drive (delivery condition) or a single-
wheel drive to make it easier to control the
plow.
Proceed as follows to change from a two-wheel
to a single-wheel drive:
• Ensure that the engine is switched off.
• Replace the safety split pin from the left wheel
(Fig.14).
• Now insert the safety split pin into the outer
hole in the axle (Fig.14) so that the wheel
can turn freely on the axle.
• To revert back to the two-wheel drive version,
follow the above instructions in reverse
order.
(Fig.15) are correctly adjusted. Sliding
shoes should be adjusted so that the auger unit
is just above ground level.
Move the On-Off switch to the ON position.
