    ITALIANO      ISTRUZIONI PER IMBALLAGGIO, TRASPORTO, STOCCAGGIO E SOLLEVAMENTO La sabbiatrice ha un peso di ventinove chilogrammi ed un volume contenuto, perciò  non ha bisogno di un imballo particolare.  Protetta da un sacchetto di cellophane, viene posta in un involucro di polistirolo  espanso ed inserita in un contenitore di cartone ondulato e sigillato con nastro  adesivo.  Il trasporto deve avvenire senza scosse ed urti e senza esporre il contenitore  all'umidità.  ATTENZIONE:  Non  disperdere  il  materiale  di  imballaggio  nell'ambiente,  recuperare  i  prodotti  riciclabili ed affidare i rimanenti ad una impresa di smaltimento rifiuti.  Le  macchine  imballate  devono  essere  custodite  in  luoghi  asciutti  e  ad  una  temperatura compresa tra i ‐10°C e +40°C.  Non è consentita la sovrapposizione di più macchine.    ATTENZIONE:  Il punto di presa per il sollevamento ed il trasporto, manuale, della macchina, è il  piano inferiore. ...

    ITALIANO     SICUREZZA DELL’ OPERATORE Durante il funzionamento della sabbiatrice, l’operatore viene esposto a due pericoli:    1) Maneggiando l’utensile con lo sportello aperto può inavvertitamente dirigere  il getto verso se stesso, e proiettare la sabbia negli occhi.  2) Sabbiando con lo sportello aperto viene vanificato l’effetto dell’aspirazione e  quindi  le  polveri  emesse  durante  la  lavorazione  contaminano  l’ambiente  di  lavoro.    Per  eliminare  detti  pericoli  la  sabbiatrice  è  dotata  di  due  sistemi  di  sicurezza  che  inibiscono  il  funzionamento  della  stessa  quando  uno  sportello  è  aperto  oppure  quando l’aspiratore non è in funzione. ...

    ITALIANO      PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO   l funzionamento della minisabbiatrice è caratterizzato da due azioni:  L'azione  della  sabbia  sull'oggetto  e  l'azione  dell'aspiratore  sulle  polveri  che  si  generano durante la lavorazione.  Due circuiti indipendenti permettono lo svolgimento di dette operazioni.  La  sabbia  contenuta  nel  serbatoio  pos  133  fig.  1  viene  aspirata  da  un  eiettore,  contenuto nell'utensile pos 215‐217 fig. 1.  Per effetto venturi, l'aria, convoglia la sabbia nell'ugello dell'utensile, imprimendole  velocità.  Uscendo dall'ugello pos 202 fig. 3, la sabbia viene scagliata contro l' oggetto.  La velocità, il peso e la durezza della sabbia, producono nell'oggetto una abrasione  con conseguente asportazione di materiale e frammentazione della sabbia stessa.  Le particelle pesanti, cosi prodotte, cadono nel contenitore. Le polveri, più leggere,  vengono ...

    ITALIANO     ISTRUZIONI PER L'ISTALLAZIONE   La sabbiatrice deve essere posta su di un banco ad una altezza adeguata alla statura  dell'operatore.  Può essere sistemata in qualsiasi posizione purché vi sia l' accesso alla cabina.  Assicurarsi che il banco su cui posa la macchina sia sufficientemente robusto da  poter sopportare il peso della macchina (almeno cinquanta chilogrammi) e che non  sia traballante.  Deve essere collegata:  ‐  Ad una presa elettrica monofase con una tensione di 220 V±10% ed una  frequenza di 50 Hz. Detta presa deve essere munita di protezione di terra, di  interruttore magnetotermico con differenziale (salvavita) e deve erogare una  potenza massima di 1 Kw.  ‐  Ad una sorgente di aria compressa, SECCA E NON LUBRIFICATA avente una  pressione minima di 7 BAR ed una capacità di erogazione di almeno 200 nl/min.  ELENCO ACCESSORI IN DOTAZIONE   La sabbiatrice viene fornita con i seguenti accessori:  N° 1 Tubo di aspirazione completo di lancia Pos.128‐129 Fig.1  N° 2 Sacchi filtro Pos.154 Fig.1  N° 3 Pellicole protezione vetro Pos.139 Fig.1  N° 1 Pritt roller (colla)  N° 1 Libretto istruzioni uso e manutenzione CE  ELENCO COMANDI   Il pannello comandi è composto da:  Pos. 1 Interruttore luminoso verde per l'aspirazione delle polveri.  Pos. 2 Interruttore luminoso verde per l'illuminazione della cabina.  Pos. 5 Manopola per la regolazione della potenza di aspirazione.  Pos. 51 Riduttore di pressione per la regolazione della pressione dell'utensile  piccolo.  Pos. 52 Riduttore di pressione per la regolazione della pressione dell' utensile  grande.     ...

    ITALIANO      MATERIALI USATI PER SABBIARE   Gli abrasivi usati per le operazioni di sabbiatura sono numerosi e con caratteristiche  che soddisfano tutte le esigenze del settore odontotecnico.  I tipi comunemente usati sono:    I  CORINDONI,  impiegati  per  la  rimozione  del  rivestimento  ed  il  trattamento  superficiale dei metalli.    GLI OSSIDI DI ALLUMINIO,usati per il decapaggio e la preparazione delle strutture di  supporto.    LE MICROSFERE DI CRISTALLO, adatte per la satinatura.    Questi abrasivi sono disponibili in diverse granulometrie, la  scelta delle dimensioni  dell'abrasivo dipende esclusivamente dal grado di lavorazione che si vuole ottenere.  Le sabbie grosse incidono vistosamente l'oggetto e determinano sulle superfici una  rugosità  elevata,  quelle  fini  invece,pur  asportando  materiale,  rendono  le  superfici  levigate. ...

    ITALIANO      DESCRIZIONE E FUNZIONAMENTO DEGLI UTENSILI L'utensile, é composto da:  Una impugnatura pos 176.  Un corpo utensile pos 178.  Una levetta di comando pos 188.  Un ugello aria pos 183‐5.  Una punta con ugello mix pos 180‐1.  Nel corpo utensile, è ricavato l'eiettore che ha la funzione di aspirare la sabbia dal  contenitore, convogliarla nella punta ed espellerla attraverso l'ugello mix di metallo  duro, pos 202‐204.  Ad ogni ugello mix, corrisponde un ugello dell'aria pos 183‐185; sostituendo la punta  del  utensile  diam.  3.5  Pos  180,  con  una  di  diam.  1.5  pos  181,  bisogna  sostituire  anche l'ugello diam. 2 pos 183 con l'ugello diam. 0.8 pos 185.  ATTENZIONE:  Quando si sostituiscono  gli  ugelli  dell'aria  pos 183‐5, bisogna controllare  che  oring  pos198 sia in sede assicurando una perfetta tenuta.  La  punta  dell'utensile  viene  avvitata  sul  corpo;  ogni  volta  che  si  fà  questa  operazione, ...
  • Seite 23 ITALIANO   SE SI INTASANO I CONDOTTI DELL'UTENSILE:  Prima  di  procedere  allo  svuotamento  del  contenitore  e  degli  stessi  condotti,  è  possibile  tentare  di  rimuovere  il  blocco  semplicemente  tappando  con  un  dito  la  punta dell'utensile.  In questa situazione, premendo la levetta di comando, si pressurizzano i condotti e  quindi si costringe la sabbia a ritornare nel contenitore fig 4.  Se detta operazione non risolve il problema, bisogna togliere la punta dell'utensile e  controllare che non vi siano corpi estranei.  ATTENZIONE:  Queste  operazioni  si  devono  eseguire  come  una  lavorazione,  cioè  con  lo  sportello  chiuso e le mani nei guanti. ...

    ITALIANO      ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO DELLA MACCHINA   Dopo aver istallato la macchina secondo le istruzioni, togliere il tappo pos.124,  (ruotarlo verso destra o sinistra e contemporaneamente tirarlo verso l'alto) e  assicurarsi che il sacco filtro pos.154, sia contenuto nell'apposito cestello pos.126  diversamente seguire la “manutenzione ordinaria”.  La cabina, della sabbiatrice, è dotata di un utensile grande con un ugello di 3.5 mm,  con cui si possono usare sabbie grosse, fino a 500 my e uno con diametro dell'ugello  di 1.5 mm, con cui possono essere utilizzate sabbie, fino a 100 my.  Per mettere le sabbie, aprire lo sportello posto alla sinistra della plancia comandi  pos 114 versare non più di 1 Kg di sabbia dentro ai contenitori pos.133.  Il contenitore contrassegnato con adesivo trasparente:  •"CORINDONE": sabbie fino 500 my,   •"BIOSSIDO": sabbie fino a 100 my.  Inserire nella cabina l’oggetto da trattare, chiudere lo sportello, accendere la luce  interna e l'aspiratore.   Agendo sulla manopola pos.5, regolare il giusto grado di aspirazione, indicato dai  guanti: quando questi sono spinti all'interno della cabina senza deformazione del  loro volume (non devono gonfiare), l'aspirazione è accettabile.  Regolare le pressioni:  • utensile grande Ø 3.5 a 6‐6.5 Bar, agendo sul riduttore di pressione pos.51.  • utensile grande Ø 1.5 a 4‐5 Bar, agendo sul riduttore di pressione pos.52.  Inserire le mani nei guanti, impugnare l'utensile con la mano destra e con la sinistra  sostenere l'oggetto, premere la levetta comando dell’utensile pos.188 fig 3 e  dirigere il getto verso la superficie da trattare.  La sabbia, ha il massimo potere di abrasione in prossimità dell'ugello, allontanandosi  da questo, perde velocità e la dimensione del getto aumenta fig 5.  A lavoro ultimato, prima di spegnere l'aspiratore, sbloccare la serratura e scostare  leggermente il vetro dalla guarnizione.  L'aspiratore in pochi secondi, può rimuovere completamente la polvere dalla cabina  così, alla apertura dello sportello non vi é fuoriuscita della stessa.     ...
  • Seite 25 ITALIANO   Prima di ogni operazione di sabbiatura, è indispensabile controllare lo stato di  efficienza del sacco filtro, valutare la capacità di trattenere la polvere.  Non è possibile stabilire un numero di ore di lavoro oltre le quali il filtro perde  efficienza perché dipende dalle varie situazioni di lavoro.  Alcune lavorazioni producono molta polvere, es. la rimozione dei rivestimenti.   L'uso di sabbie molto fini o di sabbie riciclate diverse volte, impegnano  notevolmente il filtro.  L'operatore in relazione alle lavorazioni eseguite deve intuire quando è necessaria la  sostituzione del filtro.  È buona norma comunque non risparmiare sull'uso dei sacchi perché dalla loro  efficienza dipende il buon funzionamento della macchina e la salute delle persone.  La pulizia della cabina si effettua con l'apposito tubo aspirante pos.128, nel  seguente modo:  Togliere la valvola di protezione guanti pos.119 e inserire il tubo suddetto,  accendere la turbina portandola al massimo dei giri con l'apposito regolatore pos.5.  Tramite la lancia pos.129 aspirare la sabbia dalla cabina.  DOPO AVER EFFETTUATO LA PULIZIA DELLA CABINA, E' OBBLIGATORIO SOSTITUIRE  IL SACCO E PULIRE GLI ACCESSORI.  Lo sportello è dotato di una pellicola trasparente (sostituibile) che lo protegge dalla  abrasione.     ...

  • Seite 26: Emissioni Di Sostanze Nocive Durante Il Funzionamento

    ITALIANO      EMISSIONI DI SOSTANZE NOCIVE DURANTE IL FUNZIONAMENTO   I materiali usati per sabbiare,  sono innocui per la pelle, mentre sono molto dannosi  se inalati.  Durante  la  sabbiatura  si  producono  polveri  finissime,  compito  dell'aspiratore  è  quello di convogliare l'aria della cabina, satura di dette particelle, in un contenitore  (filtro) fatto di materiale poroso (carta).  La  porosità  del  filtro  è  molto  piccola  rispetto  alle  dimensioni  delle  particelle  di  polvere, esse vengono trattenute mentre l'aria passa.  E’  dotata  di  un  secondo  filtro  con  caratteristiche  appositamente  studiate  per  la  tutela della salute che ha il compito di depurare ulteriormente l'aria proveniente dal ...

    ITALIANO     MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA La manutenzione ordinaria riguarda i seguenti componenti (FIG 1):  1) SACCO FILTRO. pos 154  2) FILTRO FINALE pos 143  3) GUANTI pos 151  4) PROTEZIONE VETRO pos 139    1) SACCO FILTRO (FIG 6‐7)  Il sacco filtro deve essere sostituito frequentemente; risparmiare sull'uso dei sacchi  filtro vuol dire intasare i condotti della macchina e mettere a rischio la salute delle  persone.  Non è possibile quantificare la durata dell'efficienza del sacco filtro perché dipende  da molti fattori.  L'operatore  deve  stabilire  la  durata  del  filtro  in  base  al  tipo  di  lavorazione,  considerando  che  il  filtro,  quando  è  prossimo  alla  saturazione,  riduce  la  visibilità  nella ...
  • Seite 28 ITALIANO    Inserire  il  sacco  nel  cestello  avendo  cura  che  non  si  accartocci;  le  spine  poste  sul  diametro  del  tappo,  debbono  perforare  la  carta  del  filtro  ed  entrare  negli  spacchi  posti sul bordo superiore del cestello.  Portare il cestello in battuta sul tappo, ruotarlo in senso orario fino a battuta quindi  bloccarlo tirandolo rispetto al tappo.  Prima di introdurre il filtro così composto nella macchina, pulire con un aspiratore il  collettore di aspirazione pos 138 fig 1.  Per facilitare l'introduzione del filtro, cospargere le guarnizioni con borotalco.    2) FILTRO FINALE (FIG 8)  Il  compito  di  questo  filtro  è  di  trattenere  la  polvere  sfuggita  ai  precedenti  trattamenti e quindi tutelare la salute delle persone. ...

    DEUTSCH   BESCHREIBUNG DER MASCHINE   Ist ein Minisandstrahlgerät, das zwei Arten von Sand benutzt.  Die Kabine ist mit zwei Werkzeugen mit eingebautem Befehlsknopf (Pos.215 217),  einer Druckluftpistole für die Reinigung der Gegenstände (Pos.55), einer Lampe für  die Beleuchtung (Pos.8‐9), zwei Ablagegittern (Pos.152‐153), zwei Behältern für den  Sand (Pos.133) (für die Verwendung verschiedener Sandarten) und einer  transparenten Klappe (Pos.136) zum luftdichten Verschließen, die eine  weitreichende Sicht auf das Inneren gestattet, ausgerüstet.  Die mitgelieferten Handschuhe sind vom Typ extrem widerstandsfähig, es können  aber Handschuhe jedes beliebigen Typs eingeführt werden; sie sind an der Kabine  mittels einer Schraubzwinge befestigt, die es erlaubt, die Handschuhe mit einem  einfachen Manöver auszutauschen.   Der Staub, der während der Bearbeitung ausströmt, wird von der Turbine angesaugt  Pos.7 und von einem Filterbeutel aufgefangen Pos.154. Die Luft wird, bevor sie in  die Umgebung strömt, noch weiter durch den Endfilter Pos.143 gereinigt. Dieser  Filter besteht aus einem Spezialpapier.  Über der Kabine befindet sich die Steuertafel (Pos.117), auf der sich die Schalter für  die Absaugung, die Beleuchtung, die Druckreduzierer, mit denen man den Druck der  Werkzeuge regeln kann, und die Manometer, die diesen Druck anzeigen.  Die Reinigung der Kabine und die Entfernung des verunreinigten Sandes erfolgt über  die Absaugung.  Die Maschine ist mit einem Schlauch mit Saugdüse ausgestattet (Pos.129), die, zum  Ausführen der Reinigung an die Stelle des Stopfen (Pos.119) gesetzt werden muss.  Der Drehknopf (Pos.5) auf der Steuertafel dient zum Einstellen der Leistung der  Turbine von Null bis zum maximalen Wert.  In der Absaugphase des Staubs, während der Bearbeitung, wird die Leistung der  Turbine niedrig gehalten (ausreichend, um die gute Sicht in der Kabine zu  gewährleisten), während der Reinigung muss sie hingegen auf das Maximum gestellt  werden.         ...

    DEUTSCH    ANWEISUNGEN FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH DER MASCHINE   Nach der Installation der Maschine gemäß den Anweisungen entfernen Sie den  Stopfen (Pos.124, drehen Sie ihn nach rechts oder links und ziehen Sie ihn  gleichzeitig nach oben) und gehen Sie sicher, dass sich der Filterbeutel (Pos.154) in  der entsprechenden Halterung (Pos.126) befindet, anderenfalls folgen Sie der  „Regelmäßigen Wartung“.  Die Kabine des Sandstrahlgerätes ist ausgestattet mit einem großem Werkzeug, mit  einer Düse von 3.5 mm, für groben Sand von bis zu 500 my, und einer Düse mit  einem Durchmesser von 1.5 mm, für Sand mit einer Körnung von bis zu 100 my. Um  den Sand einzufüllen, öffnen Sie die Klappe links vom Instrumentenbrett (Pos. 114)  und geben Sie nicht mehr als 1 Kg Sand in die Behälter (Pos.133).  Der Behälter ist mit einem transparenten Aufkleber gekennzeichnet:  •"CORINDONE" (KORUND): Sand bis zu 500 my,   •"BIOSSIDE" (DIOXID): Sand bis zu 100 my.  Legen Sie den zu bearbeitenden Gegenstand in die Kabine, schließen Sie die Klappe,  schalten Sie die Innenbeleuchtung und den Absauger an.   Betätigen Sie den Drehknopf (Pos.5) und stellen Sie so die richtige Absaugstufe ein;  achten Sie dadurch auf die Handschuhe: werden sie ins Innere der Kabine gezogen,  ohne dass sich ihr Volumen verformt (sie dürfen sich nicht aufblasen), ist der Grad  der Absaugung in Ordnung.  Den Druck einstellen:  • großes Werkzeug Ø 3.5 mit 6‐6.5 Bar, durch Betätigen des Druckreduzierers  (Pos.51).  • großes Werkzeug Ø 1.5 mit 4‐5 Bar durch Betätigen des Druckreduzierers (Pos.52).  Stecken Sie die Hände in die Handschuhe, nehmen Sie das Werkzeug in die rechte  Hand und mit der linken Hand halten Sie den Gegenstand; drücken Sie den  Steuerhebel des Werkzeugs (Pos.188 Abb.3) und lenken Sie den Strahl auf die zu  bearbeitende Oberfläche.  Der Sand hat die meiste Schleifleistung nahe der Düse, je weiter man sich von dieser  entfernt, desto mehr verliert der Strahl an Geschwindigkeit und Größe (Abb. 5).  Nach beendeter Arbeit, bevor Sie den Absauger abschalten, entriegeln Sie das  Schloss und verrücken Sie etwas die Scheibe von der Dichtung.     ...
  • Seite 99 DEUTSCH   Der Absauger kann in wenigen Sekunden vollständig den Staub aus der Kabine  entfernen, so dass beim Öffnen der Klappe keiner mehr austritt.  Vor jedem Sandstrahlen ist es unverzichtbar, den Zustand des Filterbeutels darauf zu  überprüfen, ob dieser den Staub zurückhalten kann.  Es ist nicht möglich, eine Anzahl von Arbeitsstunden anzugeben, nach der der Filter  an Effizienz verliert, da dies von den verschiedenen Arbeitsbedingungen abhängt.  Einige Arbeitsvorgänge produzieren sehr viel Staub, z.B. das Entfernen von  Beschichtungen.   Der Gebrauch von sehr feinem oder mehrmals wiederverwendetem Sand  beansprucht den Filter sehr.  Der Bediener muss unter Berücksichtigung der ausgeführten Arbeiten erkennen,  wann es notwendig ist, den Filter zu ersetzen.   Wir raten Ihnen, nicht beim Verbrauch der Beutel zu sparen, da von deren Effizienz  auch das einwandfreie Funktionieren der Maschine und die Gesundheit der  Personen abhängen.  Die Reinigung der Kabine muss mit dem entsprechenden Absaugschlauch (Pos.128)  wie folgt vorgenommen werden:  Entfernen Sie das Schutzventil der Handschuhe (Pos.119) und führen Sie den  genannten Schlauch ein, schalten Sie die Turbine ein und bringen Sie sie mit dem  Regler (Pos.5) auf die höchste Drehzahl.  Mittels der Düse (Pos.129) den Sand aus der Kabine saugen.  NACH DER REINIGUNG DER KABINE IST ES PFLICHT, DEN BEUTEL ZU ERSETZEN UND  DAS ZUBEHÖR ZU REINIGEN.  Die Klappe ist mit einer transparenten Folie ausgestattet (austauschbar), die sie vor  Verschleiß schützt.        ...
