5. Montage des Alubügels / mounting the bracket:
Auf der Oberseite des
Metallsitzes sind zwei Bohrungen
durch welche zwei M3x16mm
Senkkopfschrauben von innen
nach außen gesteckt werden. Der
Alubügel ist an diesen Schrauben
zu befestigen. Ziehen Sie das
Gurtzeug auf dem Metallsitz straff
und ertasten Sie mit einem
dünnen Schraubendreher die
entsprechende Stelle. Stechen Sie
hier ein Loch oder markieren Sie
sich diese Stellen mit einem Stift.
Vergrößern Sie die markierten Stellen auf die
Größe, dass eine M3 Schraube durchgesteckt
werden kann. Verwenden Sie dazu einen
Schraubendreher, mit dem Sie an der
Markierung das Material durchstechen.
Alternativ können Sie das Loch vorsichtig mit
der heißen Spitze eines Lötkolbens aufweiten.
There are two holes on the upper side of the metal seat through which you need to plug two M3x16
countersunk screws from the inside to the outside. The bracket is attached to these screws. Pull tight
the harness on the metal seat and locate the appropriate position by using a thin screwdriver. Pierce
a hole or mark these places with a pen.
Enlarge the selected area to the size that an M3 screw can be pushed through. Use a screwdriver in
order to punch a hole into the material at the marked position.
Führen Sie die beiden M3x16mm
Senkkopschrauben von innen durch den
Metallsitz und das Gurtzeug nach außen.
Sichern Sie eine der beiden Schrauben leicht
mit einer M3 Stopmutter, damit diese nicht
zurück in das Gurtzeug fallen.
Lead the two M3x16mm screws through the
metal seat and the harness from the inside to the outside. Back one of the screws with an M3 self-
locking nut slightly, so that it cannot fall back into the harness.
