Unpacking and assembly
Check that all the parts are in the box.
1. Attach the handle by carefully inserting it into the brush compartment.
Take care to ensure that the cable does not get jammed.
2. Secure the handle by tightening the locking screw supplied.
3. Snap the charging handle into the charging station and mount it on a
wall or similar. Mount/position the charging station close to a mains
socket (not near a heat source or wet spaces) and insert the adaptor into
the mains socket.
4. Alternatively the charging handle can be directly connected to the
handle.
Charging
5. Connect Ergorapido to the charging station (NB – always ensure
the Ergorapido is turned off). The indicator light will come on once
Ergorapido makes contact with the charging station. It takes 8-10 hours
to fully charge the batteries before the fi rst use. When Ergorapido is
totally discharged, approximately 12-16 hours charging is required to
regain full capacity. In order to ensure that it is always ready for use,
Ergorapido should be left on charge when not being used.
The adaptor may become warm during charging – this is normal.
Cleaning fl oors

Cleaning the roller brush
9. If the roller brush becomes blocked or jammed for any reason, the
indicator light will go out. The roller brush may then need to be cleaned.
First turn off the Ergorapido, then carefully use a pair of scissors or a
sharp knife to remove any items such as threads that may have become
entangled.
10. If the roller brush needs to be lifted out – open the hatch cover using a
screwdriver or something similar and lift it out.
11. Lift out the roller brush and clean it.
Replace the roller brush and make sure it can spin freely.
Reassemble the hatch cover.
Cleaning of wheel axles
