Carefully measure and mark the location of all bracket holes and then drill holes and
screw the wall mounting bracket onto the wall.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Hand vac will not operate.
Possible reason :
1. Batteries discharged.
2. Dead battery.
3. Contacts between the unit and the charging stand are dirty.
4. No power in electrical outlet supplying transformer.
Possible solution :
1. Charge unit.
2. Replace batteries.
3. Wipe and clean dirt from contacts.
4. Check fuse or breaker. Replace fuse/reset breaker.
Motorized brush will not work
Possible reason :
1. The 2 metal pins of the motorized brush are not in contact with the cordless
hand vac.
2. Motorized brush is clogged up
Possible solution :
1. Firmly insert the motorized brush into the air-intake nozzle. This will connect
the motorized nozzle to the unit power supply.
2. Remove the lint, hair, etc. from the motorized brush.
Cordless hand vac will not pick-up.
Possible reason :
1. Dust cup container is full.
2. Dust cup fi lter needs cleaning or replacement
3. Unit needs recharging.
Possible solution :
1. Empty dust cup container.
2. Remove dust cup fi lter and check for objects in air duct and remove.
3. Charge unit.
Dust escaping from cordless hand vac.
Possible reason :
1. Dust cup container is full.
2. Dust cup fi lter is not installed correctly.
3. Puncture/hole in dust cup fi lter.
Possible solution :
1. Empty dust cup container.
2. Review dust cup fi lter installation instructions.
3. Replace dust cup fi lter.
