Replacing the battery in the handheld terminal

The battery compartment is located on the rear of the device. In order to remove the battery,
first remove the transverse hand strap by simply unhooking it. Now push the locking tab on the
battery towards the battery surface (see Fig. 6). The battery can now be removed from the tab.
The battery can easily be inserted. In doing so, ensure that you insert the battery at a slight
incline towards the contacts and hook it on the fixing tab whilst doing so. Then close the locking
mechanism with a slight amount of pressure.
