7.4.3.12 Attribute 23, Position High Limit

Position High Limit defines the maximum value of the work area.
The value must be within the measuring range and over the „Position Low
Limit".

7.4.3.13 Attribute 24, Velocity Value

Velocity Value returns the velocity signed as a complement of two. In default
setting the velocity is output in revolutions per minute.
