2. Kurzbeschreibung
Die
Meßwertanzeige
VRZ 210
bildet
zusammen
mit dem
Meßtaster CT 60
eine digitale Längenmeßeinheit
,,CERTO" höchster Genauigkeit.
Die Ausgangssignale
des Meßtasters
CT 60 werden im VRZ 210 verstärkt,
interpoliert, digital ausgewertet
und
schließlich vorzeichenrichtig
gezählt.
Die Anzeige des Meßwertes
erfolgt
über eine achtstellige
7-Segment-
Ziffernanzeige.
Aufgrund
der gold-
farbenen Ziffern ist sie ergonomisch
günstig und besonders gut ablesbar.
Die
Referenzmarken-Auswertung
MEMOFIX
ermöglicht
zusammen
mit
der auf dem Maßstab des CT 60 be-
findlichen
Referenzmarke
das einfache
Wiederfinden
eines Bezugspunktes
nach Betriebsunterbrechungen.
Die
automatisch
arbeitende
Kompen-
sation COMP
des VRZ 210 - sie wird
durch einen einfachen Kompensations-
lauf aktiviert - sichert die hohe Ge-
nauigkeit der CERTO-Meßeinheit
von
+ 0.1 pm, über den Meßweg 60 mm
(Umgebungstemperatur
19.. .21° C).
Die Meßwerte
stehen an der seriellen
Datenschnittstelle
V.24 (nach CCIlT
bzw. RS-232-C nach EIA) zur Do-
kumentation
bzw. zur Weiterverarbei-
tung im Rechner zur Verfügung.

2. Brief description
Counter VRZ 210 in conjunction with
Length Gage CT 60 represents a
digital linear measuring unit 'CERTO "
of extremely high accuracy
Within the VRZ 210 the output Signals
of CT 60 are amplified interpolateo!
digitaly evaluated and finally counted
using the proper +/- sign. The
measured value is displayed via an
eight digit 7-Segment readout, The
gold-coloured numerals are of
ergonomical advantage and especially
easy to read The MEMOFIX reference
mark evaluation in conjunction
with the reference mark of the CT 60
scale permits simple reproduction of
any datum Point afier operational inter-
ruptions. The automatically operating
compensation
COMP of VRZ 210 -
activated by
a
simple compensation
function - ensures the high accuracy
of the CERTO unit of f 0.1 ,um over
the travel of 60 mm (2.36 in) (ambient
temperature 19.. .2P C).
The measured values are available at
the senal Data Interface v124 (as per
CCIlT or RS-232-C as per EIA) for
documentation or processing within
the calculator

visualisation VRZ 210
avec Ie
palpeur de mesure CT 60
constitue un ensemble de mesure
lineaire digital "CERTO" d'une exreme
precision. Dans Ie VRZ 210, les signaux
de sortie du palpeur CT 60 sont ampli-
fies. interpole:;, exploites de facon
digitale et finalement
comptes avec Ie
signe approprie. La Valeur mesuree est
affichee sur 8 chiffres a 7 Segments.
Cet affichage se fait en chiffres dores
et est tres favorable du Point de vue
ergonom&riqiAe
et tres bien lisible.
L'exploitatioln des marques de
reference MEMOFIX
permet Ie reca-
lage simple sur un Point d'origine apres
des interruptions
de travail, a I'aide de
Ia marque de reference de Ia regle du
CT 60.
La fonction automatique

simple - garantit Ia haute precision de
