Basic safety instructions must be observed when using electric appliances. In order to avoid the
danger of burns, electrical shocks, fire and/or personal injury, please read this instruction
manually thoroughly prior to using the appliance and follow all instructions while using this
appliance.
Carefully store this instruction manual for later use.
In the case that this appliance is given to another person, please include this instruction
manual as well.
•
Only plug this appliance into a standardly installed
outlet. Do not use a power strip or extension cable.
•
The voltage given on the label of the appliance
must match the voltage of your electrical grid.
•
When positioning the electrical cable, make sure
that it doesn't present a trip hazard during use of
the appliance.
•
Keep the electrical cable away from hot surfaces,
open flames and sharp edges.
•
Never immerse the appliance, electrical cable or
plug in water or other liquids. There is a serious risk
of electrocution!
•
Never touch the appliance, electrical cable or the
plugs with damp or wet hands.
•
In order to prevent falling over, the appliance must
always be placed on a stable surface.
•
Only use the appliance on heat resistant surfaces.
Never place the appliance near heat sources or
open flames.

Ensure sufficient ventilation and safety distance
while in use. Do not use the appliance in the vicinity
of flammable material, such as, for example,
curtains, wall paper, items of clothing or tablecloths.
•
The appliance may not be heated up or used while
empty. Ensure that the appliance is not overheated.
•
While the appliance is in use, the exterior surfaces
of the appliance also become very hot, therefore,
only touch the handles of the appliance. Always use
pot holders or over mitts. Warning! Danger of
burns!
•
Ensure the lid of the frying container is always in
place while frying to avoid the risk of any fat/oil
spilling out.
•
In order to avoid the risk of burns through escaping
steam or grease, always open the lid with your face
and hands to the opposite side of it.
•
Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
