6.1

Filter Cap Replacement

If the instrument is used in dusty environment, a regular replacement of the filter cap is
recommendable. Turn the filter cap 90 ° counter clockwise, then pull upward.
Installation in reverse sequence.
6.2

Sensor Replacement

? Remove filter cap.
? The sensors are plugged in.
? Pull sensor upward to remove.
? If installing a new sensor take care to remove the short that comes with the sensor
ex-works.
? Now execute an electronic or a gas calibration.
? Once sensors have been stored for a longer period without beeing shortet, the Sensor
may require a certain time to reach a stable zero.
6.3

Electronics

The electronics are explosion proof. No serviceable parts on the electronics!
