Electronic Calibration

Compur Monitors sensors have an ex-works calibration to 1 x TLV. The current output at this
concentration is written on the label of the sensor. If installing new sensors into the instrument,
therefore no gas calibration is necessary.
? Switch Dositox in position „Test".
? Proceed autozero in clean air.
? The display will now show „GCal".
? Press key „Fct".
? The display will now show „ICal".
? Now press key „Cal".
? The display will now show the sensor current output that has been programmed during the
last calibration for approx. 2 seconds.
? During this 2 seconds period press the key „Cal" again and hold it until the current output
value mentioned on the sensor is displayed.
? Now release key „Cal".
? The display will now show „Stor".
? The calibration is finished.
? The Dositox will now display the actual gas concentration.

The Dositox for Oxygen

The Dositox for O works as a gas detector with included datalogger. The calibration can be done in

clean air.
Oxygen sensors have a certain zero current. If you want to improve the linearity of your instrument
in the lower measuring range, you can calibrate the zeropoint with Nitrogen.
