Downloading the Data

? Start the evaluation program „DATALOG".
? Click „Download" in the menu.
? You will now be requested to enter your user ID, site code and file name.
? Now click „OK".
? Downloading of the data will start now. A bargraph indicates the actual status of data
transmission an verification.
? If you have problems to download the data, it is recommended to use a lower baud
rate (see menu configuration, serial port).

Programming Instrument Parameters with the Personal Computer
? Go to the menu „Configuration".
? Click „Dositox".
? You are now requested to enter a password. The password ex works is „compur".
Do not use capital letters.
? Now go to the „Read" button.
? Now you can program data, time, alarm levels and the calculation formula for the
total exposure calculation and your personal password.
? If you choose the mode „Concentration Alarm" the Dositox will work as a gas detector
with included datalogger. Once having downloaded the data any total exposure calculation can
be done afterwards. For safety reasons in this mode an exposure calculation according to
German, UK or USA regulation will automatically run in the background. Whenever the total
allowable exposure is exceeded the instrument goes into a latching alarm.
