5 SETTING mODE
Press SET button. The selected training zone is
displayed.
Scroll with the SPEED (+) button to "Individual".
Press SET button. "Lower Limit" is displayed.
The registered value flashes.
Press the PULSE (-) button repeatedly till the value
is 120.
Press SET button. "Upper Limit" is displayed.
The registered value flashes.
Press the SPEED (+) button repeatedly until
the value is 160
Press SET button. The upper and lower limits
are set.
