The pump fittings assembly is to be installed in the return line of the solar heating system.

- Use threaded clamping ring unions to fit the pipes of the solar heating system at
the upper and lower connections. Insert the pipe ends, cut off at right angles, as far
as they will go into the connections and use a correspondingly sized open-ended
spanner to firmly tighten the threaded clamping ring unions. Use a spanner as a
brace to hold the joint when tightening.
- Slide rear insulating shells 4 and 5 into position from the right and left.
- Remove the pump fittings assembly
from its packaging and remove the
insulating shells.
- Mark drill holes (spacing between
centres 262 mm), drill (Ø 8 mm) and fit
the wall plugs supplied.
- Unclip pump unit from upper and lower
wall mounting bracket.
- Secure wall mounting brackets with
supplied screws and clip pump unit
back into the wall mounting brackets.
